Loved this Hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great breakfast
The happy hour in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was great!
Breakfast was amazing
Bed was so comfy, clean room
Very friendly staff
It was wonderful
The water pressure in our room wasn’t good
The location was good for us, close to our friends.
Accessing the hotel through an abandoned parking lot was not the most welcoming. The breakfast service while adequate as far as Continental breakfast go, individually serving an entire hotel full of guests from behind a counter was disappointing. The first of three mornings, breakfast was very disappointing. Avocado toast or egg white “frittata’s” does not exactly reach a majority of guests taste. Not offering a breakfast protein was a miss for me. Our second morning, we were offered scrambled eggs and turkey sausage that was about as tasteful as cardboard. Our third morning we left the property and had breakfast elsewhere.
The room and the facility is actually good. The breakfast was decent.
I specifically booked a room with two beds because we are traveling with two teenagers. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with only one bed. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, the receptionist confirmed that I had indeed paid for a two-bed room, but informed me that no other rooms were available.
It was already midnight, and we had no alternative accommodations. The only solution offered was extra comforters so my children could sleep on the floor—not even a rollaway bed was provided.
For nearly $300, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
Everything
Nothing
Hotel was beautiful and comfortable.
The breakfast was okay, but definitely expected more from the hotel. Also the shades on the window does not block the light form outside in the least! So it was hard for some of us to sleep and we woke up as soon as it hit daylight.
Room size
The room key deactivating.
Breakfast. Was a neat idea but I’m not the biggest fan of cereal, so the options being that, fruit, or having to order something wasn’t my favorite. Seemed a little extra to not just have a buffet line but to have me order tacos
The location of the hotel was close to so many restaurants and places to shop. However the lot to get to the road isn’t very well marked and can be cumbersome to navigate.
We thought the room was clean then we found hair in the shower and left over food in the fridge.
When it came to breakfast nothing was restocked, so by 8 we were left without.
