Very friendly staff, decent location, room cleanliness below average.
Cons:

Property was oversold, so my reservation was changed to a lesser room. They did discount the rate at least. Cleanliness of my room was below average. Beds and bathroom (sink, toilet, shower) were clean, but the floors, tabletops, and countertops were dirty throughout. Crumbs, dust, and hair everywhere I looked. It looked like someone had rushed through the cleaning process very quickly.

Excelente calidad con precio
Pros:

Superó nuestras expectativas. Nos dejaron entrar antes a la habitación veníamos de un viaje por carretera muy largo y fue un alivio. El desayuno muy rico, la habitación súper completa y lo mejor pudimos tener a nuestro perrito con nosotros.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The facility was really clean and spacious.

Cons:

Everything was great but if I had to complain about something it would be how much lighting was in there. Not enough lighting in my opinion.

Wish I knew this Fabulous hotel sooner…

Everything was Great! Good location, nice staff, fantastic room, comfortable bed, and great price…
I compair Element with the one which is a known chain hotel and is about half mile from Element, but it is much much more expensive than Element… I always choose Element and recommend it to friends and family.
