Pros:

Somehow our reservation was for the following month verses the day we booked it. The front desk honored the price and canceled the wrong reservation without my having to ask. They are very guest oriented and the rooms are lovely.

The room looked amazing

Cons:

The bed was absolutely horrible. The mattress was lumpy and caused my back to hurt the following day. Definitely needs to be replaced
