Hôtel très bien situé mais trop moderne selon mes goûts.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement.

Cons:

Le manque de personnel d’accueil lors de notre arrivée, l’iPad qui règle tout dans la chambre (éclairage, volets,climatisation…).

Loved it!
Pros:

We booked this hotel as we weren't happy with the original one that we had booked.
We were very happy with the location. We found staff to be helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and had the best shower we had ever had! We did think that tea making facilities would have made a big difference but overall were very happy. The room was clean. The hotel itself was easy to navigate and very modern.

Lack of tea facilities in the room.

Expensive and disappointing
Pros:

Location. Staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was very expensive. We ate out. The room was the same size as student accommodation. No room to move. We switched the pillows from the head of the bed to under the window so that we could each slide to the bottom of the bed if we needed to go to the bathroom during the night. Otherwise one had to climb over the other.

Nice hotel and location, but not a fan of the DIY check in with hand-holding by hotel staff.
Pros:

Very nice accessible room and great location.

Cons:

I’m not convinced that the self-check in process is in any way more convenient for me as a customer, especially as a first-time visitor to a CitizenM hotel where I didn’t know the process. When checking in, I and several other customers had to be walked through each step of the process by staff and after all was said and done, I’m thinking it would have been more efficient for them just to do the check in process for us like most other hotels. I think it should be optional to do it either way to help guests feel more comfortable with all that.

Overall a good stay, smaller room than one would prefer, but great staff and good spot to be in!

Good location, friendly staff, convenient 24/7 bar & restaurant!

Cons:

the room was smaller than we were expecting, however it was still worth it due to the provided amenities and location
