I have stayed at several citizenM hotels around the world, and the level of service has always been consistent. It is sad to see Marvin, their mascot, go, as I think he has been a lovely part of their identity. citizenM has always had a unique edge and a strong brand personality, and I really hope they maintain that going forward.
Well you always wish there is more space in the room but hey that is CitizenM concept. So nothing to complain.

Awesome breakfast! The coffee was outstanding and they even served proper hot chocolate (not that powder stuff). Then there is the rooms. Almost everything can be steered using a tablet, even the LED lights. Very cool! The rooms are small, but very well thought through - and we loved the shower!
There is no parking for this hotel. The closest and most affordable one close by is Saint Antoine, which is a 15 minute walk. But you can stop in front of the hotel and load off your baggage, before heading there.
CitizenM is always a very good choice. Stayed a few times, both in Geneva and Zurich. The rooms are always very clean, the location is truly the best and it is highly practical if you are looking for a short stay or a comfortable and safe space to rest. Would 100% recommend.
Considering it is a 24/7 desk hotel I'd appreciate more if there was a person at the front of the lobby at all times. But it is truly a small concern considering Geneva and the quality-value ratio of the property.
Location is so central. Staff were very friendly, it was clean and convenient.
Breakfast was fine, had to order coffee at the bar instead of a machine which would be faster.
