Non- functional self check in. Otherwise pretty good
Pros:

The location is unbeatable.The tablet controls for room functions were spot on - so easy to use.
Food and coffee downstairs are first class.

Cons:

Rooms are tight and full of plastic - remind me of an upmarket Formula 1 hotel. They are functional however


The self check in and out processes are fundamentally flawed. At 5pm check in it said no rooms available Took a staff member about 5 minutes to sort it and we still had to self checkin. System didn't recognise me at checkout so still needed staff assistance.

Pillows are terrible - thick and rubbery.

Provide coffee machine but no tea or coffee.

A fantastic stay in an unbeatable location
Pros:

Honestly, I loved this place. If you’re visiting Geneva, the location alone makes it worth it. You step outside and you’re right in the middle of everything, restaurants, bakeries, and the best parts of the city to explore on foot.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself feels modern and very well thought out. I especially loved the virtual check-in process, which was quick. The room comes with a tablet that lets you control everything yourself, which I found surprisingly satisfying.

Cons:

Not much, to be honest. The standard room is quite small, so keep that in mind if you’re travelling with large suitcases or planning a longer stay. Also, I personally wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast. There are fantastic bakeries nearby where you can get a better breakfast experience for less money.

VERY friendly staff
Pros:

CitizenM is centrally located and very nicely decorated. Rooms are reasonably spacious and clean. What made this place special for me was the staff - very friendly, extremely helpful, they helped with several questions that I had. Thumbs up for all people working at CitizenM and many thanks!!
