Clean, value,hospitality,what really impress me was downtown shops, every store decorated Uc merced theme "welcome home Bobcat."make us first time freshment familly so welcome!It's just small town vibe that big city lack of.

The hotel was clean. Convenient to my meeting location. Staff were very friendly. Dinner in hotel was great.

Pros:

I love love the room! It’s is so beautiful! Mattress was a bit uncomfortable because I could feel springs! But rest of the room was amazing. Just be aware of double charges! Make sure you take your receipt and compare it with booking.com

Cons:

I put sad face for value because they tried to take extra money for things that have been already changed through booking.com. Be aware!!! Restaurant in the hotel is ridiculous because of the prices, and there is not so much options. Restaurant was empty the entire time we stayed there.
