Cons:

I Iused the website to select an accessible room and when I got on site they said that I had just booked a standard room. They were able to accomidate thankfully but it could have been a disaster since my sister that I was traveling with is in a wheelchair.

The location was perfect for us as we attended the hockey game and went to restaurants. Shopping was so close you could walk.

Pros:

Great hotel near the Canadian Tire centre in Kanata. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again if I was in town to see another Senators game

Great experience
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Clean bright very modern. Staff very helpful. Lots of support if need through text messaging and email. Definetly would use this hotel again

Cons:

I would love to see a shuttle service to canadian tire center. No sidewalks but definetly close enough to walk. Staff very helpful with phone numbers to cab and uber if needed.

Très propre, endroit calme et accès facile. Personnel très accueillant!

Cons:

Malgré la courtoisie du personnel, je croyais que les gens parlaient davantage la langue française! Ce n’est pas que je n’ai pas aimé mais j’ai été surprise que personne ne parlait français parmi le personnel., surtout qu’il y avait vraiment beaucoup de Québécois pour le match opposant les Sénateurs d’Ottawa au Canadiens de Montréal!

The manager (I’m assuming) the bald guy is disrespectful and rude.
Pros:

The location! With the mall and few fast food options. Great location.

Cons:

We called and asked if the hot tub was open the lady said yes. We got there and it was closed our whole stay until we got a call 10 minutes before check out saying it was open.

Clean & and across from major shopping center.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The check-in was slow. The breakfast was supposed to be hot but was cold. It was disappointing there was no place for non-swimmers to sit comfortably while the rest of the family swam.
