The shower was perfect!!
When we first entered our room, it smelled like dirty soaks. Overall, comfortable stay!
It was very clean and comfortable.
I would appreciate not being put on a floor with young hockey teams playing mini sticks in the hallway with parents not supervising their children.
They should also think about having fresh hot coffee or hot chocolate through out people's stay...front desk offered me the mornings coffee reheated at 630 in the evening...didnt appreciate that . Over all it was a good stay..thank you!

Frühstück sehr gut
Had a few minor issues that hotel staff were attentive and I was compensated for the inconveniences, which was very nice
Tried to book a couples massage, they were unavailable for the times that we had available. Had broken AC in our room, took them a bit to fix it then left a big mess in the room. Had a broken glass, which was left on the counter for 2 days.
I enjoy their beds! great comfort.
nothing.
The pool and hot tub are clean
A little pricey
Propre, bon et variés
Didn't have breakfast was tiered and just needed to take a nice laid-back time of doing nothing.
Property was very well taken care of as was the interior of the building although it would have been nice to go relax in the pool or hot tub but it was under repair. Plus the wifi didn't work in my room when I went downstairs to get some snacks I spoke with a employee who helped and it worked downstairs but when I entered my room it wouldn't work.
I booked a accessible room because I'm a wheelchair user and found that not all the accessible features are very accessible. Was not happy that they did not serve breakfast on Sunday.
Continue with the great work
NA
Facilities and room were clean and tidy>
Breakfast offerings were limited.....Turkey bacon would have been nice on the menu vs turkey sausage.
I had to call the front desk to request maintenance to fix the handle on my front door. The complete handset was loose when I arrived at the room.
In addition, the bathroom sink drain was very slow to drain....I did not request anyone to have a look at it since I was only staying the one night.
