The hotel room that we booked from the photos on Hotels.com was for the top level and had a balcony overlooking the marina. However, when we arrived, we were told we had room #9, which had a queen and a twin bed. Both beds were uncomfortable. We didn’t get what we originally booked from hotels.com website, so it was very misleading. I prefer the top level as the people above us stomped around like elephants in a stampede. Woke us up several times and we didn’t sleep well.

The room is very clean and I liked how housekeeping came in everyday to make the beds, take out the trash, and refill the towels.

The towels weren’t that great. Very thin.

The location is great! Walking distance to the beach, bus stop, and lots of restaurants.

Property is located in the heart of the action in Oak Bluffs. Beautiful view of the harbor from the front porch. Room was simple, clean and charming, and more than enough for a weekend of exploring Martha's Vineyard. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the Vineyard.

Lovely old house and the location was excellent. In the center of everything and close to free bus service for all over the island. Lovely and helpful owner.

The room can be small, and the stairwell is narrow, but the room we got (#2 on 3rd fl) was unique and clean. The private balcony was a plus. There could be more facilities (perhaps, I am thinking about a more conventional hotel), but perhaps unrealistic to expect more for the price you pay and for its prime location during the peak season. Beautiful harbor view. Everything is nearby (shopping, restaurants, beach, tour buses, etc.). Staff seems friednly. Feel very safe despite many tourists, and prompt communication via text messages was appreciated. I would highly recommend.

Perfect inn for exploring Oak Bluffs ! Owners are so lovely and make sure you have everything you need for adventures .. water , maps, umbrellas, beach chairs, recommendations, luggage storage .. even beach towels and phone chargers!
Can’t wait to come back next year to our cottage room with a gorgeous ocean balcony !

Everything was lovely for my birthday. 6/29. Everything was just about walkable. The area was great. I’m definitely staying again.

this was a hands off vacation, don't expect to see anyone connected with the hotel, if you are ok with that you will love this place

Truly an outstanding property and exceptional value for this area. Located right across from the harbor with a wraparound porch for taking in the sunset. Easy walk to tons of dining, shopping, ferry and bus stops.

Room 6 has a beautiful view. This hotel has a long and storied history. The room was very simple, but had everything we needed.

The Attleboro was perfect! Super easy to check in. The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. The bedroom was quite spacious and so pretty! We loved sitting on the porch in the evening and watching the sunset, harbor and people watching. The location was great, easy to walk to from the ferry, to the beach and all the stores and restaurants. It was fantastic that they had beach towels and chairs to borrow as well. I will definitely stay here again!

The house is gorgeous! It's right across the street from the marina. It has a wraparound porch so you can people watch. My room on the 2nd floor also had a comfy balcony. It looked like other rooms did as well. There's lots of food options nearby and also shopping. It's close to the ferry and the bus line. The host is very welcoming. I met guests there that said they stay there every year. I would love to do that as well.

The cottage is directly across the street from the harbor and the ferry. It’s within walking distance to practically everything in Oak Bluffs. The staff/owners were wonderful and friendly! This place was so clean and spotless. They even offered complimentary sodas and water. I had left my body lotion in the car on the mainland and the owner actually brought me some up to my room!! We spend a couple of nights and will absolutely return! We were overly pleased with this stay!
