Sehr guter Service und sehr freundlicher kundenorientierter Empfang. Tolle Zimmer und gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Zimmer wurde nicht gründlicb gereinigt. Viel Staub und Dreck und Scheiben verschmiert nicht gut geputzt

Többé már nem szállunk meg ebben a hotelben semmi esetre sem.
Pros:

A szálloda visszatérítette a foglalás 2/3 részét a szabályzatuk ellenére. Korábban többször megszálltunk a hotelben, de nem volt gond a szállással.

Cons:

Nem tudtunk megszállni, mert rendezvényt tartottak másik szállodát voltunk kénytelenek keresni. Sajnos nem értesítettek bennünket a rendezvényről, csak a hotel recepcióján szembesültünk azzal, hogy másik hotelt kell választanunk. A Kifizetett szállásköltségek és a visszatérítés különbözetéről nem adtak számlát a kérésünk ellenére sem. Helyette a Booking ügyfélszolgálatához irányítottak, akik szintén közölték, hogy a szállás nem veszi fel velük a kapcsolatot.

Pros:

Hotel très pratique si vous avez des rendez-vous tôt le matin dans la Zone, j'y suis régulièrement et n'ai jamais été déçue.

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer , modern und gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Klimaanlage ließ sich nur auf 24,5 Grad herunter regeln . Es war sehr heiß an dem Wochenende

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, Personal sehr freundlich
Pros:

Gerade an diesen heißen Tagen, war es sehr angenehm, dass die Zimmer klimatisiert waren. In unserem Fall sogar direkt über der Eingangstür, so dass die kühle Luft nicht direkt ins Gesicht geblasen hat.
Das Badezimmer war sehr groß und geräumig, die Dusche hervorragend groß. Die Betten waren bequem, mir persönliche die Matratze etwas zu weich, aber das ist Ansichtssache.

Tiefgaragenplatz für fünf Euro die Nacht war mehr als angemessen, man hatte auch einen direkten Zugang durch den Fahrstuhl, wo man nur mit der Karte des Zimmers den Lift bedienen kann.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und gut, allerdings hat es etwas daran gescheitert, dass nicht immer alles aufgefüllt war zu den Zeiten. Sicherlich muss man nicht übermäßig viel Wurst, Käse etc. liegen haben. Aber man wird ja auch gefragt nach der Zimmernummer. Somit liegt eine Liste vor, wo das Personal eigentlich schon sehen könnte, welches Zimmer schon beim Frühstück war und welche noch offen sind.
Daher fand ich es etwas schade, dass wir auf Brötchen warten mussten, die Milch mehrfach leer war, die Wurst auch erst beim zweiten Anlauf aufgefüllt wurde.

Aber das ist alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau, vielleicht war es einfach nur bei uns so und ist nicht im Allgemeinen üblich.

Was ich aber ganz ausdrücklich erwähnen möchte, es war sehr lecker frisch

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Lage super.

Cons:

Die Dusche war leider nicht so sauber. Sie hat auch unangenehm gerochen.
Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön.

Pros:

Gute Erreichbarkeit, Parkplätze vorhanden auch für meinen Sprinter. Super nettes Personal am Empfang. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Cons:

Leider kein Restaurant vor Ort.
