Park Lane Aparthotel by Urban Space

Struttura a pianterreno con finestrone che non si può aprire per cambio aria direttamente sulla strada. Fastidioso il rumore di auto che sembra entrino nella stanza. La notte può capitare di svegliarsi per rumori improvvisi sul marciapiede e da auto parcheggiate sotto finestrone. Per evitare di esser visti va tenuta sempre la tenda chiusa e la luce accesa. Non ideale per chi come me soffre di claustrofobia. Inoltre il caldo è asfissiante (specie in una stagione estiva come questa) e non c'è né aria condizionata né possibilità di arieggiare abbondantemente.
Il bagno è vecchio. C'è stata una fuoriuscita di acqua da una scatola bianca arrugginita posta sotto il wc. Purtroppo, le uniche due pentole a disposizione (volevo un contenitore dove semplicemente lavare l'insalata comprata) erano completamente sporche(incrostazioni di sugo). Attenzione agli adattatori che vi portate dietro. Io ho dovuto procurarmene un altro perché quello usato nella precedente struttura dove ho alloggiato (quindi funzionante) veniva 'sputato' fuori. Insomma, non è stato un soggiorno troppo piacevole e rilassante. Peccato!

Falta de utensílios de cozinha e a luz do corredor demora muito tempo a desligar. A limpeza também podia ser melhorada.

We stayed at the height of a heatwave, which is a reason for the score. Normal temperatures and you would get over the lack of ventilation, window doesn't open by design, not even a bit. Dyson fan was barely adequate under these circumstances, and we know of another room that had 2 fans and even they were suffering.

Extractor fans were present but covered by such thick dust, looked concerning regarding operational safety. One of them felt like it was pushing half the air back into the room.

The room had a nice-looking chair but it couldn't hold the weight of an adult. This and the matter of the unbearable heat was raised via the provided email address, to which we never got a reply.

Too small and no windows.

A couple of things missing but messaged property and they sorted out.

El sistema de check-in complicado y mal gestionado, la suciedad y el polvo en la habitación, la cama hundida y pequeña, los utensilios de cocina daban asco, la ducha con una pieza metálica muy pesada que se caía y nos podría haber roto el pie, un calor insoportable. Un trato horrible por parte del alojamiento, no nos dieron ninguna solución y nos trataron con condescendencia. Una vergüenza que este alojamiento forme parte de la oferta de Booking.

When we got there , we asked girl in hallway where room was. we had lugged suitcases up 3 flights stairs to then be asked why we didnt use lift ? as you enter buolding thete is no sign to direct to lift and lift is behind a door so you cant see it ! you just seethe stairs. Room was stifling hot. unbearable! actioned this to customer service exaplined that thr fan is no use as it s just circulating hot air.therewas no window to open in the room - no air whatsoever . i asked for sone gorm of refund as havent slept 2 nights snd instead of coming bsvk to me on this they provided qnother fan in room which didbt work / filter was covered thick with dust and whoever was on duty had totally dismissed the fact we said the fan will just circulate warm air as theres no fresh air coming into room!
shampoo & conditioner pumps were broken, loo roll holder hanging off wall, dirty mugs and wall mounted fan absolutely covered thick with dust ! i still have not had a response as to wether we will receiv3 some form of refund. we cpuldnt sit in the room ut was so hot, didnr sleep -my husnabf got about halff hours sleep on the landing in the hallway as there was a door open . Totally not worth what we paid for ir AT ALL and would like to hear back from a manager regards this.

appena entrate nella stanza si soffocava, sembrava esserci acceso un qualche termosifone ma lo staff ha negato, purtroppo la finestra non si puo aprire del tutto e dopo due giorni la stanza continuava ad essere calda e la struttura non dispone di aria condizionata o ventilatori, abbiamo solo trovato un deumidificatore per far girare almeno un minimo l'aria.

Very dirty floors. Shower full of hair. Very hot in the room.

Het was erg heet in de kamer. We kregen 2 ventilatoren, maar de ramen konden niet open waardoor het benauwd bleef.

Værelset! Ingen vinduer der kunne åbnes, mørk og varmt. For blød seng. Levede overhoved ikke op til forventningerne. Frækt at byde gæster på så ubehagelige faciliteter.
