Pros:

The bed was good

Cons:

The noise is horrible, when it's not cars, it's people outside screaming, when it's not people or cars it's the fridge.
The window roller is not going at the full bottom so lights are coming in the room, we have to open the door of the dressing and put a bag to cover the other part.
The acoustic isolation is terrible, the heater on the wall is not working, we had to take the heater stored.
No furniture in the bathroom.

Completely overpriced for what we get.

I recommend the owners to pass a night in room 5, ground floor in order to review the price and see how terrible it is

Enjoyed visit to Cardiff ,lovely people and city .

Experienced difficulty using code to enter the front door entrance . Luckily some guests arrived and we figured it out together .There were no lights on the first floor corridor this felt quite unsafe .
