Too hot

We found the lack of lighting was a bit uncomfortable. A couple of the lamps were not working.

The room was smaller than the photographs indicated with many of them taken in a communal area. There is no air conditioning and the window did not open so the room became intensely hot through the night. We woke up panicked on several occasions and hardly got any sleep. I feel the temperature in the room was not safe and we only stayed one night, despite paying for two. After leaving we received a rude email about the location of the key and did not receive any update to say they had been found in the location we left them.

Everything was ok.

Donot stay in this place if you expect any service or cooperation from the staff.we checked in on the weekend with old parents and booked 2 apartments. In one apartment the aircon didnt work in the living room and the shower spewed hot steam.i was told categorically that this is UK and no one will attend on the weekend. This is a service apartment so service is expected every day of the week. The maintenance team let us shower in another apartment on a higher floor.imagine living in a hostel like situation after paying approx. 350 to 400 pounds per night.
On raising my voice I was accused of a rude tone which supposedly upset the team there. These people couldnt arrange a plumber to fix the shower divertor during my entire stay and set the water temperature on warm for std bathing after 2 days of grief. I asked for a refund of 50 percent of my stay but these people after fleecing us and offered us a 100 pound refund.
My advice DONOT GET SCAMMED INTO THIS PLACE. BEST YO AVOID IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very compact & very warm although Dyson fan provided in room but heat was oppressive ( Heat wave in July )

Room was boiling hot although the heating was off

Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. I found some hairs on the bed, and shortly before checking out, I noticed rubbish and a significant amount of dust underneath the bed.

2 step access security was difficult

De kamer was veel te warm. Er was geen airco en er kon geen raam open. Manager kon geen oplossing bieden. Daarom 2 dagen eerder weg gegaan.

The seal around the shower definitely needed replacing, seemed like it would be impossible to clean. I did stay during a heatwave and the room was quite hot, though the Dyson fan did help somewhat. Though I imagine this is the case for most properties in the UK.

Toilet was too high, sounds silly but uncomfortable to use, when we arrived my partner used the bathroom and there was no toilet roll, I called the helpline and someone brought some for us within 10 minutes, which was good.
