It was very hot and there was no window to open
The location is very prime id say super accessible and safe
There was zero heating in my room we were surviving with a dingy portable oil radiator meaning both of us are super sick after that one day we lived in that place. The toilet wasn’t super clean too

The location is very good. I liked the fact that it was generally clean if rather minimalist. The key codes are a good idea and made us feel secure, but it's rather impersonal. We didn't see any members of staff, but when I rang a staff member (we were booked into the wrong room and they had to change it) they were perfectly friendly and helpful. It felt a bit like a good quality student accommodation. Facilities in the room were fine. It would make for a good place to stay for longer as a central base.
The shower room needs a towel rail (we were in room 30) and a good sized shelf as there was nowhere to put anything. The WC wasn't as clean as it could have been. We couldn't work out how to open the shutters over two of the windows.
Nothing at all!
The place wasnt clean, dusty, small and filthy bathroom! Found receipts in the wardrobe from another customer, dust all. Under the bed, beside the lamp, shower anx door hadn't been cleaned at all, shelves were lose around the bed. Absolutely appalling for the money!
The location was ideal for walking around town and exploring. The studio was perfectly sized for one person. The floors were clean and there were cleaning tools to help keep it that way.
It was a little stuffy. The ventilation could be better. There were several fans provided that made it bearable. Pity there's no way to install a proper window.

No natural day light, the blinds on the window let the artificial light in from the corridor, and not enough privacy.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a goid location and was great value for money.
The apartment itself was excellent and in a very good location. However it was actually extremely difficult to find yourself around the building! There was no signage to directt you to the exit and I soent some time wandering around, trying to find the way out. If there had been a fire ivdo not know how people woukd get out of the building. I ket some8ne else on the stairs who felt the same. There needs to be clear signage to the lifts and staircases and to the exit.

The window did not shut fully and we informed staff and no one came, the door lock was broken, and water from sink of bathroom suddenly bursts with brown color all day
