It was a short from the centre and was easy to get too and clean

Getting into the room was hassle free and all our issues were promptly dealt with by the staff :)
The location was perfect for our preference, right next to the university.
The room was big but the paint was peeling, the window blinds were difficult to operate. somewhat poorly maintained. Room was loud due to it's placement right at the intersection. The staff missed our email and message for an early check (which is based on a small payment).

A very clean apartment the bed was comfortable the apartment was clean. Its situated in Cathays near City Hall and a 5 min walk into Queen Street And St Davids shopping centre

Dirty , shower flooded the whole apartment we had to limit to a 1 min shower each In The end ,
No tea bags only fruit tea ( 4 different coffee tho )

Only very dim lights in apartment so the woman in the group found it hard to do makeup,

The pictures on the booking page looked nothing like the actual apartment, and I had booked the entire apartment. It was quite disappointing. The room was tiny and not ventilated. Since it was on the ground floor, I literally heard everyone walking through the front door. People came in late and were loud. The doors were flimsy, with no sound strip to block the noise. The walls were paper-thin, even more so than a regular hotel. The bed was flimsy. The most annoying thing of all was that right next to the door there was a tinted glass window, and whenever the light came on in the hallway, it would shine right through it into my bed, which kept waking me up because people were constantly walking through the hallway.
