직원분들 모두 친절하시고 호텔 내에 이것저것 구경거리가 많아서 시간 보내기 좋았습니다. 지하주차장에 자리가 여유있진 않았지만 충분히 댈만했고, 춘천 내 관광지 이곳저곳 가기 좋은 위치에요~
무엇보다 조식이 정말 훌륭합니다. 조식뷔페는 꼭 드세요!

Pros:

아들이 춘천에서 대회가 있어 가족 모두 여행겸해서 갔는데 대회장이랑도 가깝고, 레고랜드, 그리고 맛집들과도 20분 내외 걸리는 입지가 완벽한 곳인 것 같습니다. 다만 옆에 공사를 해서 뷰가 좋지 않다는 점과 생각보다 많이 좁다는 점이 있었지만 잠만 자는 곳이었기 때문에 크게 나쁘진 않았어요 !!

Pros:

It is a clean , newly built hotel . However, they don’t provide basic toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush. You have to buy it a vending machine located on the 1st floor. Pool was close during my stay , and it was the hot summer months.

깨끗하고 침구도 편안했어요. 한 건물에 세개의 호텔이 있는건데 잭슨나인스가 가장 서비스가 좋은듯 해요. 다음에도 이용할 계획이에요

호텔컨디션은 괜찮은 편입니다 다만 건물내 주차장이 공사중인지 안돼어있었고 너무너무 충격적이였던건 물이떨어져 카운터에갔더니 물값을 지불해야한다고해 생수4병을 결재하고나니 좋은기억은없네요

도로방음이 개선이 되지 않으면 두번은 못갈꺼 같아요.
Pros:

주변시설의 인접함과 부대시설은 나쁘지 않았습니다.
하지만 숙면은 취하기에는 너무 열악한 환경이네요. 도로 방음이 전혀 안되서 길바닥에서 자는 분위기입니다. 노숙을 하는건가 하는 생각이 들어서 잠을 전혀 못잤습니다.
룸 컨디션은 호텔급이 아닌것 같습니다. 너무 피곤해서 다음날 일정 모두 취소하고 집으로 돌아갔어요.

Needs evening dining for 5 stars
Pros:

Wonderful customer service at reception and restaurant. Comfy beds and great air-conditioning in rooms.
The restaurant really needs to operate in evenings for meals as there is nothing available after the cafe closes in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast available at the restaurant is a testament of the possible awesome dining experience you could have.

손님에 대한 기본적 배려가 필요
Pros:

청결 면에서는 좋은데 용품은 인원수 만큼 배려해주면 좋을것 같다. 취침가운, 물 등.. 손님을 받는 것만 중요하고 받으면 그만이라는 느낌이 들어 많이 서운하다.. 아쉽다..
