Steven and staff were outstanding

Incredible hotel with amazing staff on site. In particular, Stephen was extremely hospitable, and all of the staff made us feel like we were staying with (very luxurious) family! The hotel property and rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was amazing. The food at the sister hotel up the road was delicious, and we wish we could have stayed much longer. Will be back when we return to Honfleur!

Spectacular- one of the nicest places I have ever stayed- felt like a friends spectacular totally renovated estate--amazing gardens, service, room with 3 exposures and high ceilings, walk steam shower, fab breakfast, common spaces, total privacy, parking!!! and nicest staff ever-- steps from harbor in the most charming village. Would never leave - def come back.

We were in Normandy for a week and this was the best hotel of the trip by far. High level of professional service from everyone. Lovely experience, the best during our 10days in Normandy. Beautiful facility and setting, excellent service, and great food, including the restaurants also affiliated with Ferme Saint Simeon - all within easy walking distance. Highly reccomend.

This 1 of 2 sister properties in Honfluer. We dined at the sister property. It was delicious and with an attentive staff. Our location, closer to center of town, was an oasis of peacefulness, the room were impeccable and the staff always made sure all of our questions, needs or wants were met.

The Sant Delis was a treat! This was the last stop before we left France. The hotel is spotless and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend and if ever back in Honfleur will definitely stay there.

Un établissement de petite taille (par le nombre de chambre, qui elles sont spacieuses) et pourtant de prestige. Une déco sobre mais classe, chaleureuse. Un hamam privé dans la suite, de même qu’une baignoire à remous, on ne s’attendait pas à cela même pour un 5 étoiles; idéal pour se réchauffer après une journée automnale à Honfleur. Une équipe aux petits soins, qui a dû et su faire face à un imprévu pour le petit déjeuner du jour et nous a proposé une solution de remplacement avec en plus un geste commercial (nous donnant l’occasion de découvrir l’établissement associé de la Ferme Saint Siméon, tout aussi splendide). Nous aimons les hôtels prestigieux mais avec une dimension intimiste, et le Saint Delis a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes, et même bien au delà, pour notre 1ere visite de Honfleur.

Lovely hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a very narrow and winding staircase & no elevator. This would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise beautiful!
