In so far as the front desk. Aaron was the man. I found him to be very helpful and attentive to my requests. As a matter of fact all front desk personnel were great I just dealt with Aaron more. My housekeeper Sarah Morales was the bomb. Her attention to detail was easy to notice. I know that she wasn’t the only one who cleaned my room but I damn sure know when she did. She stood so far out from the rest it was easy to see.

Homewood suites is our go-to for Hilton and this location makes the cut. Location is close to everything and the rooms are clean and comfy. Aaron assisted us with top notch service and support. A+++++++
Fantastic stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is lovely. It’s perfectly located in a beautiful city, making it a great place to relax and explore. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
We have stayed here before and like the location. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great.
There were no luggage carts available to take our things up to the fifth floor. We had to make at least four trips. We were here two nights with our 2 kids. AC didn't seem to kick in fast enough. It took over an hour to go down 1 degree.

Room was never cleaned for a 3 night stay. Stickers on the bathroom mirrors state the room will be cleaned every two days. Had people in the room do very disappointing.
It was in a very versatile location and the property was very well cared for. It is very evident that the staff is happy to be there. Which shows in all aspects of the ambience.

Although breakfast for the Homewood Suites customers had excellent service it lacked the basic breakfast meats that was available for the Hampton Inn customers.
The personnel who cleaned rooms were friendly and courteous and provided items that were requested, however, certain items were not provided (forgotten) such as hand soap for the kitchen and bathroom areas and the hair conditioner container was empty. Staff would need to be better trained to evaluate items in room prior to customers checking in.
The room was clean and updated we loved it!
