Who could possibly sleep through all that freeway & roadway noise! Awful!
Pros:

Didn’t eat there

Cons:

The traffic noise was so bad I barely slept. It was the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. It was close to the airport but I would not stay there again. Too noisy!! Room 353.

Circle of Trust with Efren at Lobby Bar
Pros:

I can’t express how grateful I am to have met such a great guy Efren at lobby bar. The attentiveness, kindness, and sense of community he created is one of the best experiences. He remembered everyone’s name and when a new person came in… he greets and introduced them to everyone. Authentic and such a gentleman… when traveling and busy day in the field of business visits, this was sooooo refreshing and allowed me to unwind. Look forward to returning and hope Efren Mendoza is behind the bar. Also wanted to add a compliment to the cook, food was amazing, tasty and delivered to the bar with a smile. You can tell he takes pride in his cooking as he should. I’m sorry I forgot his name because these two together made an excellent team! Bravo !!!

Efren the bartender
Pros:

Just wanted to give a shout out to Efren at the WXYZ bar. He delivered excellent service and really connected with all of us at the bar. Efren, thank you for making the final leg of my trip that much more enjoyable!

Cons:

There was a problem with my check in via booking. Staff instead of helping told me at 2am to call booking. Manager helped but after some time. When I asked if this is a common issue they said yes. If this is a common problem why manager doesn’t teach team how to do it??? Also I asked one lady if I can buy beer and she said yes just take it from the fridge. Another lady accused me for taking the beer without paying before I even took my wallet out! She said that stuff is not free. I said I knew and I was about to pay. Horrible experience with check in. Next morning staff at the desk - a guy- was very polite and helpful.

Great for airport users.
Pros:

Great location and very clean. It was very quiet and well-maintained. We were able to check in early which was nice. Close to downtown and the airport.

Cons:

Pool area could have been bigger. We ended up getting a pool pass to GSR, but it was great to be by the airport.

Pros:

Clean, lovely, whimsical room, great staff including Efren Mendoza who warmly tended a lively bar and served delicious food. With van service to and from the airport it’s a great place to stay if you’re taking an early flight out of Reno.

Nice pre/post flight hotel
Pros:

Hotel was a nice spot for crashing after a late night flight. Room was nice, the hotel staff were friendly. Small issue was there was a group their for a teens basketball tournament. These things happen and not entirely in the hotels control. Otherwise, a nice place to stay if you need to stay near the hotel before or after a flight.
