Always an excellent stay when I travel to the Los Angeles area.
Pros:

The breakfast is always great. Love the pretty area where you can eat. The hotel is always so clean and the outside courtyard is my favorite.

Cons:

I would love to see car chargers.

The hotel and employees were very nice, but $40 per day parking is a bit extreme!
Pros:

All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. There were a lot of choices at breakfast and the breakfast lounge area was nicely appointed. I would stay there again.

Cons:

We had to do a manual check in because the hotel computer system was down. The fire alarm went off and all quests had to briefly evacuate around 9:30 PM. Our check-in clerk said we would not have to worry about parking. We assumed that was because of the way we had to check-in with by having them make photo copies of our licenses and credit card. However, we had to pay $40 per day at the exit gate in order to get out of the garage.

Felt very comfortable, safe and I would stay here again.
Pros:

Very clean, both lobby and the room. New hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always greeting us. I loved the photos placed in the lobby of all the pets staying at the hotel. Only complaint was the circuit breaker issue when I was styling my hair. It was really an inconvenience to have to constantly adjust the breakers in the room. They told me they were working on that. Robes provided but not slippers.

Cons:

There was no cafe or restaurant on site but cafes nearby.
