Our stay was comfortable, the room had everything we needed, the manager Tomi was very friendly, and the location of the apartment itself was very convenient.
The owner and manager, Tomy, was so nice and accommodating. He made sure that my stay was comfortable. The location is good. It's accessible to all business establishments and the popular My Khe Beach. I would highly recommend his place. Very reasonable price.
Great host, comfortable living and good area
location is very good, rather quiet, although there is some construction going on right now, next door, the noise is not too disturbing.

Description @booking.com is a bit misleading: " Each unit features a balcony with city or garden views", we did not he any balcony, but we did not need one anyways.
No mention @booking.com that wifi, electricity & water are not complimentary, but prices are fair.
Very spacious and clean studio apartment with gym close by,walking distance to beautiful beach and restaurants. Helpful host and good support. A pleasant stay !
I more disappointed then enjoyed being there. Nothing special to be liked.
Owner made a small discount and alowed me to use a gym and pool in another building after making a lot of inconvenience.
I disappointed about a lot of things:
1. I found available room in Mango Mango and booked 7 days from 18th of June to 25th of June. But the owner rescheduled my check-in from 18 to 20 and asked me to wait 2 days.
2. On the check-in date he told me there is an issue in my room and I have to wait until 10 pm to be allowed to check in.
3. He tried to charge me a full price but promised to provide a discount for inconvenience. So a had to remind him about discount he offered to me.
4. He charged me 500k deposit and subtracted price for electricity after I check out (that's not specified anywhere on Booking.com).
5. He asked me a lot of times to cancel my booking and after I rejected his entreaty he cancelled my booking by his own.
6. I had to contact Booking.com support to be allowed to leave this review.
7. In my room there weren't cups, kettle and toilet paper, he brought them to me after I asked him to bring. (see screenshot)
8. There is construction in front of the apartment biulding, and it is quite noisy stage, so you won't be able to sleep well without earbuds.
9. There is no place to park your motobike outside without becoming it dusty due to construction.
10. Owner tried to check-out me one day before my actual check-out date (see screenshot)
Tomy was a very friendly welcoming host. He lives on the bottom floor with his son and was happy to help out with things (I asked for a kettle and he got me one, for example). I tend to like to get on with things myself, so whilst he kindly offered laundry services for bedding, he respected my desire to wash things myself and honoured my space.

Location suited me... gym close by, markets were close enough.. bed was comfortable and pillows not old.. fairly modern equipment.. I needed extra cooking things and Tommy supplied them no problem. Faifo mart is good for western supplies and another one in Nguyễn Văn Thoại that has cheese etc..
A microwave would be really nice to make life convenient but nothing i could not do on the stove... I am good with stairs but might not be suitable for people with mobility issues.. no elevator
Tommy was a fantastic host and the accomodation was close to the beach and was also surrounded by a lot of great places to eat or marts to buy groceries. The room was perfect too with facilities such as a washing machine, air conditioner, and a refrigerator.
