Pros:

Veniamo spesso ad Ischia la prima volta in questa struttura camere un po datate ma pulite bella piscina esterna termale con acqua a 33 gradi punto di forza gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff all'accoglienza, ristorante situato al quarto piano con vista bellissima sul mare ottimo ed abbondante cibo buffet eccellente per l'antipasto il resto alla carta servito anch'esso ottimo ,il maitre Mario molto preparato cortese e professionale si merita un 10 come anche il resto del suo staff.
Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente. Staff preparato e cordiale. Camera pulita e confortevole. Ristorante con piatti cucinati bene e con scelte tra carne e pesce. Una scoperta davvero eccellente e ci ritorneremo di sicuro. Il maitre del ristorante, Mario, molto preparato ed attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Staff gentile,cortese,disponibile e anche simpatico il che non guasta.
Stanza grande,bel giardino,bella piscina,sala da pranzo e colazione ampia con bel terrazzo vista golfo.
Posizione ottima al centro di Ischia.

Cons:

Stanza anni 60,vecchi i mobili e gli infissi,non è vintage,pavimenti macchiati o come nel bagno mattonelle rotte.
Alla mia richiesta di sapone per il bidet,mi è stato risposto dagli addetti alla pulizia,che non era previsto e di usare quello del lavabo,con la particolarità che quello del lavabo non era amovibile e quindi ho dovuto comprarne uno io.Forse avrei dovuto farlo presente alla reception,ma ho lasciato perdere.
Colazione sufficiente,senza cartellini di specifica,infatti,almeno io non capivo quali erano i cornetti con marmellata,vuoti o ripieni di cioccolato,così come il buffet della cena,il primo giorno ho dovuto chiedere x capire alcune pietanze,confesso la mia ignoranza.Amche la cena sufficiente,niente di che.
La SPA bisognava utilizzarla in altro albergo della stessa proprietà distante 500 metri,dove non erano previsti armadietti per gli esterni dove riporre gli abiti,e quindi bisognava lasciarli su una sedia o lettino,per cui ci sono andato una volta e poi ho desistito.
Quindi,tutti i commenti che ho letto entusiastici non li capisco,per me non è un albergo a 4 stelle,bensi' a 3,a parte lo staff che è a 4 stelle.

Un fabuleux séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux : la chambre triple est spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le personnel de l’hôtel (réception, restaurant, bar et ménage) est très sympathique et vraiment au petit soin.
Au restaurant, la nourriture est excellente et le service soigné.
Enfin, la piscine thermale a 33 degrés est un vrai plaisir

Určite sa sem vrátime.
Pros:

Villarosa je útulný hotel vzdialeený len 10 minút chôdze od prístavu, v blízkosti promrnády s butikmi a reštauráciami. Exteriér je v skutočnosti krajší ako na fotografiách, interiér je zariadený hystorickým nábytkom, každý deň sa upratuje, mení sa prádlo. Bazén je čistý, voda je minerálna, termálna, nad naše očakávanie. Raňajky sú kontinentálne, postačujúce. Prekvapením sú večere. Odporúčam polpenziu. Ľahké jedlá, 3 chody a ku tomu dezert. Chválime kuchárov, za prípravu jedál. No a na koniec to najlepšie, mimoriadnu pochvalu si zaslúži od nás obsluha v reštaurácii. Manažér reštaurácie má všetko pod kontrolou 😊, dievčatá tam majú vždy čisto. Ku večeri sa nepodávajú nápoje, treba si objednať, v ponuke je kvalitné víno. Odporúčame domáce víno z Ischie!

Vždy je čo zlepšovať, ale hotel spĺňa hodnotenie 4 talianske hviezdičky

Pros:

Es ist ein ehemaliges Kolonialhaus mit Originalmöbel - ein wunderschöner Garten und schöne, gemütliche Leseecken - wem das gefällt, ist bestens aufgehoben. Vista mare dal terrazzo.

Lo consiglio!
Pros:

Ormai siamo clienti abituali.
Lo staff é eccezionale, sempre sorridente, attento, premuroso ed ospitale.
Pur essendo un'oasi immersa nel verde, la struttura é centralissima.
Mi piace sottolineare la personalità dell'hotel, il carattere dato dai mobili di fine '800/inizio '900 che lo arredano, dandogli un aspetto curato ed accogliente, di singolare stile e buon gusto, che apprezzo molto.
