خدمه ممتازه وطاقم يعمل اكثر مما هو مطلوب ونادرا ما تتلقى خدمة بهذا القدر لا يوجد تمييز بين الزبائن فالكل يتلقى الخدمة الممتازه وذلك بفضل الله اولا وبفضل مدير الاستقبال الاخ عبدالله ( ابو احمد ) الذي يعمل في كل الاوقات وكل الاماكن كالنحله ، فشكرا لك اخ عبدالله كما الشكر لطاقمك الذي تقود بجدارة .

Staff was great and the room was exactly what we booked for. I wanted to watch the World Cup and the staff was trying to help me to watch it. They came to my room to check whether I succeeded in finding the right channel. I found it was a really nice a touch. I work in the customer service industry and I truly believe that the service makes a difference… and it did! Thank you!
Although it got better, I think the breakfast could be of a better quality, especially the juices. Nonetheless, the eggs and pastries were good!

Staff is really nice and helpful, they do way more than what their job is. Murat was extremely nice and very helpful. He made sure our stay was very pleasant.
Breakfast was fine, but some more verity would be nice.but again staff compensated for the food.
The staff was incredible. Polite, gentle, caring. Nothing to do with other places. They make you feel at home.

친절한 직원들..리셉션에서부터 조식당의 직원까지 만난 직원들 중 친절하지 않은 사람 한명도 없었어요.
여행하기 좋은 위치..공항버스타면 호텔 근처에 내려 걸어갈 수 있는 위치이며 호텔 앞 3-4분만 걸어나오면 바로 트램1을 탈 수 있어요.
청결한 객실.. 방은 작았지만 깔끔하며 화장실도 청결해요.
가격이 아름다운 호텔에서 더이상 개선점을 바란다면 안된다고 생각해요.

Everything was perfect. The location was right in the centre of the city. The staff’s service was next level, everyone was very welcoming and always there to assist. Abdo and Murat were extremely helpful, along with all other staff and very genuine in their hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul.

We had a great stay at Meretto Hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Aksaray tram stop, making it easy to reach Istanbul's main historical attractions.
The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, and our room was clean. They were always quick to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to Murat and Abdo for their prompt and friendly service. We would definitely stay here again.
The Meretto Hotel Istanbul Old City was very good choice for our longer stay in Istanbul. Our triple room was spacious, beds are comfortable and overall hotel is very clean. Every day you get bottle of water for free which was a nice gesture in summer heat. In general, personnel are very friendly and at service for any kind of question or request. Especially we were taken good care from Mr. Abdo who was at disposal and helpful all the time during our stay.
Breakfast has normal basic choice with some variations through the week: fresh salad, fresh fruits, Turkish coffee/tee, Turkish traditional simit, eggs variations,
Excellent location of the hotel made our sightseeing easy to plan. We could see tram station from our room, Yenikapi metro M2 line and Marmaray station also very close a few minutes by foot. Area is also very safe, streets are lighted up. Overall stress-free holiday. I would gladly recommend this hotel for your trip in Istanbul.
