Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Abdou and the reception girl! Very clean rooms. Nice spa and hammam that we were able to enjoy by ourselves! Good location. Good breakfast.

Cons:

We had to change the room as it was noisy (overlooking the street). But the staff changed it after the first night and it was very calm. The view was not nice but we preferred it that way.

Totul a fost conform astepatrilor, curat, pozitionat foarte bine, seviciile foarte ok si personal de nadejde.

Cons:

Nu am gasit informatii cum ca zona de spa se plateste, dar ei iti ofera o zi gratis sa poti incerca, iar parcarea costa 30 euro/zi, iar cea stradala care este fix in spatele hotelului costa 12 euro/zi

Superb
Pros:

Location was perfect, just 4 stops from Sultanahmet which means absolutely close to all main attractions. Staff was utterly helpful and kind, we had an issue and they solve it straight away, showing a genuine care for their customers. Rooms are not so big but perfectly clean. Breakfast on the roof top of the building was above expectations. It also has a spa but unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try it. The hotel is certainly value for the money. I would definitely recommend it!

Отличный отель с удобным расположением
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение отеля, находится в центре Старого города. Все достопримечательности находятся близко, очень легко добираться. Трамваи, автобусы и метро находятся в шаговой доступности.
Номера чистые, уютные, убираются каждый день.
Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные. Персонал очень вежлив и приветлив, готов помочь во всем. Однозначно рекомендую данный отель!

Pros:

Локацията е изключително удобна. Спирката на Трамвая Т1 е на 2 минути от хотела а също така и на автобуса за летището е не повече от 5 минути. Има наоколо магазини за храна и облекло.

Cons:

Храната не беше достатъчно топла.

Esperienza favolosa
Pros:

Hotel in posizione eccellente vicino al tram e metro. Camere pulitissime con cambio biancheria quotidiano. Colazione in terrazza molto abbondante e variegata. Il personale davvero cordiale e disponibile. Abdul, il referente, persona meravigliosa, attenta e davvero gentilissimo.

A great place to stay with warm friendly staff.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at The Meretto Hotel. The staff was always very friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was fantastic as there are a big variety to chose from. Thank you for the great time we had to stay there.

Pros:

The owner( I pressume) was the nicest man. Every time we walked into the hotel he’d bring us the best apple tea i’ve ever tasted. Also, they replenish your water bottles in the room for free.

He made sure to listen and accommodate every request we had. We had an issue with our room (windows were not closing properly and we couldn’t sleep) but he offered us a different room the next day.

Cons:

Windows not closing completely therefore you can hear most of the things going in outside

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant et au petit soin.
Une mention spéciale pour Abdo (ou Abdou) pour sa gentillesse, ses conseils et son acceuil.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Very good location in the Old City, clean and comfortable room, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was well maintained and made our trip very convenient.

Cons:

Very little to dislike. Double Beds was small, but overall everything was good.
