Мы остались очень довольны этим отелем!Завтраки просто отличные — большой и разнообразный ассортимент, всё очень вкусно. Персонал невероятно добрый, вежливый и всегда готов помочь. A practical solution to visit the city
Pros:

It was a good value for money hotel in a pretty central location: 15 mins walk from the metro, you can easily visit the old city and, if you like walking, even reach the galata bridge and tower by foot.
Abdou(?), the person at the breakfast, has been amazingly welcoming! One of the main reason this hotel deserves 8 rating :)
The room was clean and they did room service everyday, tidying up and bringing water.
Breakfast was all right, not a lot of variety but good enough.

Cons:

The area is central, but there are not many bars and restaurants close by, so in the evening we ended up walking always at least 20 mins.
The pictures make the hotel looking better than what it is (like most hotels in Turkey!).
The duvet of the bed was very thin, being quite cold now a thicker one or an extra one would be welcome.

Lovely stay , super friendly staff & positive vibe
Pros:

Very friendly staff & the first say I woke up at 10am , and eventhough i passed the breakfast time , the staff called the kitchen to stay open for us and the staff waited and extra hour for us to finish which we appreciate alot.
They helped with our baggages & super friendly.
Very clean & quiet eventhough we were staying in a very busy neighborhood ❣️🙏🏻

Pros:

Mi a placut tot,hotelul foarte foarte curat,camerele deasemenea foarte curate....personalul♥️..deosebit de prietenosi cu zambetul pe buze oricand ,totul la superlativ!Recomand cu drag acest hotel si bineînțeles toate rezervările de acum inainte aici vor fi .!Multumim Meretto si in special multumim Abdo♥️,ai stiut sa ne faci sa ne simtim ca acasa !

Pros:

Мне понравилось местоположение. Все в шаговой доступности.
Уборка номера каждый день👌

Cons:

Бассейн и хамам платный. Думала хоть на день рождения сделают подарок, вход в хамам бесплатно. Но увы😢
Комнаты маленькие, завтрак каждый день одно и то же. Ассортимент небольшой. Вид с окна не очень. Требует ремонта. Освещения мало. Темно везде.

Au top, on conseille et on y retournera
Pros:

- Le personnel est super, aimable, serviable, souriant, poli, attentionné.
- Mention spécial à Abdou qui a été au petit soin avec nous et qui nous a aidé dès que nous avions besoin de lui et de son aide.
- L'emplacement est parfait, proche du Tram et du métro, du centre ville et tout est à côté ou accessible facilement de l'hôtel.
- Un vrai rapport qualité/prix au top.
- Étant musulman, ils nous ont ramené dans notre chambre, le petit déjeuner avant la prière du matin.
- la propreté et le confort des chambres et de la literie sont top.
- Les bouteilles d'eau / café / thé sont gratuits dans la chambre.
- Vous pouvez commandez pleins de choses à manger qu'ils vont vous chercher directement.
- le service de lavage de vêtements est top, rapide et assez arrangeant car normalement vous payez la pièce lavée et repassée mais ils s'arrangent pour ne pas faire payer chaussettes/Caleçon et petits vêtements d'enfants.

Cons:

- La piscine n'est pas chaude car la pièce qui chauffe est cassée et elle n'a pas encore été réparé.
- le prix d'une place de parking à 30e par jour alors que le parking public juste à côté est à 16e par jour mais pas sur d'avoir une place par contre.
- Pas de ceintres dans la penderie.
- une petite odeur de temps en temps qui remonte dans la sdb mais rien de fou.

Pros:

The only good thing that happened in this hotel was the staff member named Malek. Thank you for everything, what a great worked.

Cons:

Nothing matches from the pictures provided. All of the areas are extremely tiny, including reception, rooms, and the SPA area. The breakfast is 3/10. AC did not work properly in the room. The bathrooms had terrible smell. Avoid at all costs.

It’s a good option if you’re looking for a decent and affordable place to stay.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the location suited my needs perfectly. It is just a few steps from tram line 1, which was very convenient. I didn’t use wellness (it’s for additional fee), so I can’t rate it.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing.
The tulle was quite grey from accumulated dirt.

Buen hotel calidad/precio para visitar Estambul

Nos gustó mucho la atención de todo el personal, realmente ellos le dan la vida al lugar

Cons:
