Stay was fine as long as you do not mind doing your own cleaning and stocking

Stayed 5 nights. Was told I would get a freshen up of my room every 2 days. Confirmed I was on schedule each morning. Cleaning staff never showed up. I had to do my own staff and go down to desk every evening for towels, soap etc. spoke with general manager. She would not take responsibility and wanted to blame me. I asked for compensation as I did not get the service I paid for. She only agreed to give me 5000 points which in my opinion is of little value.
If you don’t mind not having your room freshened up everything else was fairly nice.

Amazing Memories Made
Pros:

This was the kids' first stay in a hotel. They were so happy to play in the pool. They played with the phone like it was an ancient artifact. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Thank you.

Had trailer with lots of stuff and felt confident and secure that nothing was going to happen to it, due to secure facilities and parking, and location.
Also nice close to food and super Walmart.

Great Room. Bad Breakfast
Pros:

Staff is great! Room was clean, smelled good, bathroom clean and water in shower was hot which was great! Quiet rooms as well.

Cons:

Remote control did not work or the tv had a glitch because it was delayed constantly with any press of the button. Breakfast was lacking this time. Coffee was horrible with only plain creamer available. The hot breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and cold sausage. The rest was prepackaged items (which is fine) but it was only one option of turkey and egg muffin thing. They used to have biscuits and gravy and bacon, grits, and fresh fruit. Something i could make sure the kids were fed before getting back on the road.
