Super Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi Mitsukoshimae

Hotel staff were (super) helpful. They speak English well and helped me forward my luggage. They were also able to keep my luggage before check in. There’s also free breakfast and drinks at certain times of the day. I believe I read that their breakfast is made from organic ingredients and make efforts for sustainability.

Great place to stay, the staff is really kind and always willing to help, also the breakfast was always amazing and complete, I would stay again if I have the chance

Lovely staff - great area that was quiet but easy to access shops and transit

This hotel is excellent in service, amenities, breakfast, location, cleanliness but the room size and room comfort can be better. If you are fine with a small room with a capsule bathroom then this is hotel is great. However, it was difficult for us( 2 people, my wife & me) to move around in the room especially getting in & out of bed if you are sleeping on the inside of the bed because one side of the bed is pushed right up against the wall. Thus, you have to climb over your partner to get in & out of the bed. In the bathroom, if one is showering, the second person cannot use the sink faucet because there is only one faucet for the sink & shower. If this arrangement is ok for you, then this hotel is fantastic.
Despite these inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay here. Thus, we would still recommend it to our friends & family.

Close to train stations and stores, very quiet, excellent breakfast

Comfort at a great price. Location made it easy to travel around Tokyo via public transportation.

Very Clean and in walking distance (1,3 km) from Tokyo Station. Metro stations are around 500 metres away. Free drinks during the afternoon.Very small rooms. Limited options in breakfast. You can change your pillow to the one you prefer..

Clean hotel in a quiet area, helpful and friendly staff.

This is a very small Super Hotel and we felt it was below average for a business hotel. The room design is strange with a square utility table taking up most of the space which makes it seem smaller than it is. Breakfast is very limited. The worst thing was the service - even asking for a towel in the morning we were told the front desk doesnt keep towels and they couldnt provide one to us. The whole impression was of a hotel trying to do the minimum and there should be better places in this price range. On the flip side it was generally clean except for some stray hairs on the bed on the first night, the lady on the first night we were there was friendly and it was quiet.

Das personal war super freundlich. Mir wurde alles auf englisch erklärt und sicher gegangen das ich es auch verstanden habe. Ich habe mich sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt.

The weather was cold during the stay, a long walking distance from the major MRT. The hotel is OK for a short stay, good breakfast. And provided many self-serve amenities for the guests. Which were great! In the City center and quiet area.

仕事で６泊したけど、ホテルに戻ってゆっくり出来ました。

東京駅から歩いて15分くらいで着くので
いつも歩いています。
日本橋へも人形町にも近いので食べに行くのも便利
です。朝食も無料で付いており、美味しいです。
部屋も大きめのデスクとソファのような椅子があり
効率良いレイアウトです。
大変お世話になりました。また利用したいです。

サービス: チェックイン時の案内や清掃員の方、食事の準備をしている方は皆親切で丁寧でした。

設備: 部屋にハンドソープが備え付けられていないことに驚きました。おそらくエレベーター前のアメニティの中にあったのだと思いますが、石けんを使わない人はいないと思うので、デフォルトで部屋にあったらよかったと思いました。アメニティは、入浴剤などもあり充実していました。部屋の中が珍しい間取りで、スーツケースを広げるのに少し苦労しました。

アクセス: 最寄り駅までは10分ほど歩かなければならないので、大きいスーツケースを持っての移動が少し大変でした。

泊まるだけなら良いかな。シャワーの圧が少し弱いのがイマイチでした。
