Cons:

Maintenance. Window blind was defective and obviously so for a long time. Did not close so parking lot light prevented good sleep
Breakfast was not good. Pancake machine was not working. Coffee machines made terrible coffee. Prepared food including oatmeal showed a definite lack of care.

Great facility—really missing the mark by not catering better to senior guests.
Pros:

Facility was very clean and quiet—loved I didn’t have to ask for a refrigerator in the room! Several restaurants nearby —all in all a really nice facility!

Cons:

Check in was very slow—only three checking in so not sure what the problem was…
Need taller toilets—or grab bars to assist seniors.
The Inn was full, which was not a problem, except when we went to breakfast 50 kids showed up —we couldn’t get to coffee machines, and the food was gone. We intentionally booked and paid the higher rate so we could get breakfast—that didn’t happen. Several other people who came down during the last hour had same experience. This could have been easily avoided by setting up a separate room for the kids.
