Service was spectacular.
Pros:

The outer pool and hot tub area and the complimentary breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

No fault of the property, but the fact we couldn't link our booking.com account to a new reservation was very inconvenient. We just wanted to add one day to our reservation and it had to be completed separately.

Pros:

I am always in the Ocala area for business. I have stayed in many other locations and never had such a pleasant stay as I did with your location. This will be my new go to stay.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints. They even let me check in early and I know they had to pull strings to do so.
