Pros:

An excellent hotel!
Tasteful design, large and comfortable rooms, perfect location, LGBTQ friendly.
I'd like to highlight the proficiency and kindness of the staff, and also the gym, which was absolutely phenomenal: the state-of-the-art and varied equipment is by far the best I've ever seen in a hotel and easily surpasses some "regular" gyms.
We once had lunch in the restaurant and for us it was the best dining experience in the city.

Stylisches Hotel in bester Lage

Das ganze Hotel ist komplett durchgestylt. Gefiel uns persönlich sehr gut. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns, dass alles extrem sauber war. Das ist definitiv ein Hotel, das in Erinnerung bleibt.

Cons:

Zwei Punkte hatten einen negativen Beigeschmack (wobei nur bei einem das Hotel etwas dafür kann):
1. Beim Frühstück wurden wir vom Mitarbeiter gefühlt nicht ernst genommen. Obwohl nur zwei oder drei andere Gäste beim Frühstück waren, wurde kein einziges Mal nachgefragt, ob wir noch Wünsche haben.
2. Den Parkplatz gegenüber vom Amber and Joe Café sollte man unbedingt meiden, das sind Betrüger. Verlangen beim Autoabholen nochmal den selben Preis, den man schon im Vorhinein bezahlt hat. Wenn man nicht bezahlt, tauchen gleich ein paar Schlägertypen auf. Also besser auf den Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel ausweichen. Hier ist der Besitzer korrekt und nett!

Exceeded expectations in all important respects.
Pros:

Reception staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Restaurant breakfast had excellent food, choices, and delivery. Friendly (more than just courteous wait staff), perfect location. Relaxing restaurant; not busy and frenetic like some breakfast restaurants at hotels with included breakfasts.

Cons:

The high tech design was fun, artistic, and interesting. However, at times it was a bit difficult to learn. A simple laminated card might be helpful.
