Loff/Suites con relación Precio/calidad justo.
Pros:

Me gustó que el recinto, cuenta con estacionamiento privado con acceso controlado, las habitaciones son amplias , y cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para pasarla bien, la relación precio/calidad me parece justa, podría regresar nuevamente.

Cons:

El área de oportunidad que veo, es en la limpieza del área que queda sobre el mosaico del área de la regadera y el cielo de la misma.

Just wouldn’t come back here again. But I guess you get what you pay for 🤷‍♂️
Cons:

I didn’t like it that you have to go through 4 different code doors to get in to your room.
The place is not the greatest. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I will be more carful on selecting my next places to stay.

Perfect enclave with a little room to grow...
Pros:

We absolutely loved the location. It's perfect! The gated garage is a great asset, the check-in process is well thought and efficient. I would rate it 5/5 stars, but...

Cons:

There was no hot water. Not a big deal on a hot, summer day, but rather annoying on a chill morning when it's rainy and you have to hit the road and need a fresh shower to start the day right. We asked for help, twice, to no avail. That made the dreamy stay come crumbling down.
Also, the AC was set to 24, which was fine for my daughter, but I'd appreciate the ability to regulate it myself. No big deal. The room was fine.
I'd love to come back and see it has improved.

Muy complicado el check in via WhatsApp. No obstante la amabilidad de la srita Abigail fue realmente un desastre. Dalta de comunicación, toda una historia para hacer el pago, nunca me dieron claves de wifi ni la TV. No porque sea importante, sino porque no hubo apoyo para tener acceso a esos servicios. Invlusive el aire acondicionado necesita un clave para que funcione.

Room has fungus, information about facilities is incorrect.
Pros:

It's very safe, everything works with a code. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Room has fungus smel everywhere smells weirdl! No facilities. Our room didn't have a kitchen. The kitchen upstairs just had 1 stove and 1 small pan.

El lugar es amplio y fácil dw estacionarse.
La habitación es amplia pero las camas son algo incómodas y el hecho que no puedas ajustar el aire acondicionado hace que la noche sea incomoda.
La regadera no tiene presión y es difícil bañarse

Don't risk getting there and not being able to get access or assistance. Find another place.
Pros:

Location was convenient as we had a car

Cons:

We booked two rooms and received confirmation of our notice of when we would be arriving at property. We were told to advise host 10 minutes from arrival.
Upon arrival, no further communication from host. The neighbouring business permitted the 71 yr old guest to wait inside only after she needed to stand in the hot sun for over 1 hour, even though she had reservation in hand, and confirmation from host of arrival time.
No Washer and Dryer as advertised
No cutlery in kitchen
No toilet paper
No opportunity to replace or clean towels
Water comes out from under shower door flooding bathroom floor (no floor mat so needed to need to use one towel. (We had to share the wet, second towel.)
Cleaned up dripping water several times from water dispenser in hall
Pillows are horrible and “sandy” sheets
A/C power is controlled by button on wall, with preset temperature. A/C unit automatically shuts off after 20 minutes. One needs to repeatedly hit button to restart every20 minutes.
No instructions on how to unlock the gate from inside {White button)
Met another guest at the front door the second afternoon who had a booking.com reservation in hand and also was unable to get any phone, text or email response from host.
