Remek volt minden.
Masa a fost bună
Am plătit pentru un sejur in august o sumă dar am fost nevoiți sa reprogramam sejurul in octombrie. Prețul a fost mai mic in octombrie fata de cel achitat anterior. Diferența a fost semnificativa si hotelul nu a vrut să compenseze niciun serviciu, parcarea de exemplu. Consider că am fost fraieriti și nu putem recomanda o astfel de atitudine.

Tiszta és rendezett volt. A személyzet udvarias és segítőkészek voltak.
Nincs kivetni való.
Hogy elég közel van minden lehetőség, látványosság.
Mivel nem fogyasztok sertés húst, kevesebb lehetőség marad a menü kiválasztására.
Nagyon szép környezetben fekszik a felújított szálloda. A szoba tágas, kényelmes volt, tetszett a dizájnja.
Személyzet kedves, segítőkész volt.
Nagy előny a közvetlen átjárhatóság a fürdőbe, továbbá a tó és a szép erdei állatkert közelsége. Családbarát szálloda.
Megemlékeztek egyikünk születésnapjáról is....
A félpanzió bőséges ételválasztékot kínált.
Néhány kisebb műszaki problémával találkoztunk (pl. az emeletünkön nem működött a lift lefelé mutató gombja és a szobai állólámpa; továbbá gondot okozott a ruhásszekrény használata az akasztós rész kialakítása miatt; a széf ajtaját nem lehetett nyitott állapotban behajtani, beakadt a szekrényajtóba)

Lipsesc canalele TV de bază la nivel global.. Nici măcar cele europene, gen Eurosport și Euronews nu există în oferta TV a hotelului. Nu mai vorbim de Discovery, History, Nature etc Există doar National Geographic dar nu e în limba engleză. E o situație pe care nu am mai întalnit-o nicăieri în Europa la hoteluri de patru stele. Este frustrant pentru turiștii care vor să renunțe pentru o perioadă la ecranul telefonului și să folosească ecranul televizorului pentru a se informa și delecta.
Nagyon meleg volt a szobában. Sajnos nem lehetett állítani a hőfokot. Éjszakára az erkély ajtó kinyitásával tudtuk hűteni a szobát, ez egy hoteltől csalódás, hogy nincs klíma…Bejelentkezésnél fel volt tüntetve, hogy 1 év alatti gyerekkel megyünk. Olyan szobát kaptunk ami a zenélő szökőkút felé néz. MIVEL nyitott erkélyajtóval kellett lenni és a kút kb 23:00óráig zenélt mintha koncert lett volna az ablak alatt.. a kislányunk addig nem tudott aludni. Az ételek minősége sem volt megfelelő, sokkal többet vártunk ennyi pénzért.
