Everything is wonderful. The reception, the receptionists, all the staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, tasteful, the food is delicious and tasty. A place where you can relax.

Barátságos, szép, jó pihenési, kikapcsolódási lehetőség!
Pros:

Szinte minden, nagyon szép a szállás, igényes az egész!
Ételek nagyon finomak, személyzet nagyon kedves!
Fitness terem gép parkja meglepően modern, tágas szép terem.

Cons:

Sajnos volt személyzeti tag aki nem mindig volt tisztában a dolgokkal, és a gluten mentes étkezés szinte egyáltalán nem megoldott ezt jó lenne feltüntetni.
A takarítással is volt probléma, 5 nap alatt egyszer se jöttek, én kerestem fel a szemet ürítés és törölköző csere miatt is.

Minden adott egy kellemes kikapcsolódáshoz
Pros:

Szoba mérete tökéletes volt, kiságy és babakocsi mellett is maradt elegendő tér a szobában, illetve a szekrényekbe is kényelmesen be lehetett pakolni. Fürdőszoba mérete és felszereltsége is tökéletes volt.
Reggeli bőséges, de nem kiemelkedő, az ebéd megfelelő választékú és jó, a vacsora viszont kítűnő volt, mind választékban, mind minőségben, jól megkomponált ételekkel találkoztam.
Az állatkert kellemes sétára van a szállodától, a tó pedig szinte pár lépés és nagyon hangulatos.
Kimondottan fomfortos az élményfürdő elérése a zárt folyosón keresztül.

Cons:

Habár az ételek nagyrészt ízletesek és jó minőségűek voltak, előfordult azért egy-egy baki a kínálatban, pl.: alulkészült édesburgonya és íztelen leves
A mélygarázs parkolóhelyei kicsit szűkösek gyerekkel és telepakolt autóval, illetve a felvezető lift is elég kicsi, de ez csak apró kényelmetlenség
