Cons:

Had booked this property well in advance. The day of my arrival I received a call that my room was no longer available. Manager said I see you have booked through a 3rd party booking.com, but we do not have the room to accommodate you. When proceeded to question she was very rude. The manager’s name was Brittany. I told her that I already booked and clearly she knew I did because she could see that I did through booking.com. She said well since you did not book through us directly we can no longer accommodate you. Basically she decided to give the room to someone else. It sent out family scrambling on University of Dayton’s parent’s weekend. When I called to make sure booking.com had it cancelled on their end so I would not be charged the representative said interesting, in our system it still says you have a room and normally if changes are made by the property they would see it on their end. We had stayed this property a couple times before. Not anymore!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay due to the staff and it was clean and quiet.
Pros:

We liked the location and it was clean. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean and we had a quiet and comfortable sleep. We also liked having breakfast available.

Cons:

This was not typical and not the fault of any of the staff, but they had been full over the weekend with youth soccer teams. They gave us a clean room and did everything to accommodate us. Later the internet and tv all went down and we did not have it the entire evening when we were planning to watch Sunday evening football.

Cons:

I would avoid this hotel if possible. For one its dirty especially the shower. Two, the breakfast was disgusting and made me sick. Three, make sure the front desk girl doesnt double charge you because she has no clue what she is doing. I also love how she parks and blocks the whole entrance. And I would avoid their "manager" at all costs. She is very rude and unprofessional and has no business working in customer service. She lied to my face saying she processed our refund when we were double charged. And she never did. Then proceeded to get rude with me and act like lying to customers about their money is no big deal. And she hung up on me lol. Id stay away if possible.

Everything. It was better than Comfort Suites in South Haven Michigan. And Baymont in Huber Heights was the absolute worse.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast food was just barely lukewarm (the cheese omelets, sausage links, biscuits and gravy), the cinnamon rolls were cold and hard, and the juice machine was not only out-of- order but you had to go down the hall to a water fountain to even get a glass of water.
