Gute Lage, aber vernachlässigtes Haus
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt am Meer mit direkter Sicht auf die Bucht. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Vögel und Otter sind direkt vor dem Balkon zu sehen, und Kleinwale kann man auch beobachten, ohne das Haus zu verlassen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Genug Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Um piepsende Rauchmelder im ganzen Haus hat sich der Gastgeber am nächsten Tag gekümmert. Stylische Innenausstattung. Das ist so ein wundervolles Haus und der Gastgeber ist so nett, ich finde es schade, dass nicht investiert wird, um den Standard zu halten.

Cons:

So hellhörig, dass man Gespräche mit den Gästen nebenan führen kann, ohne die Stimme zu erheben. Am Haus wurde sehr lange nichts mehr getan, die Fotos im Angebot sind anscheinend aus früheren Jahren. Das Holz im Außenbereich ist in schlechtem Zustand, auch die Balkone und der Außenbereich der Sauna (drinnen waren wir nicht). Das Bad und das angrenzende Schlafzimmer riechen leider stark nach Kanalisation. Im Treppenhaus fehlte eine Lampe und auch ein Handlauf - das klingt jetzt nicht dramatisch, aber die Treppe ist mit schwarzem Stein belegt und war dadurch für einen Knieverletzten bei uns tatsächlich gefährlich. Und dann so kleine Dinge, die an sich kein Problem sind, aber ein Gesamtbild von Vernachlässigung ergeben: leere Batterien im Rauchmelder, leere Batterie in der Uhr, uralte flackernde Leuchtmittel, im Flur waren nur zwei von fünf Leuchten intakt, im Bad gab die Deckenleuchte den Geist auf, als wir da waren, Abdrücke von nackten Füßen im Küchenboden, und am letzten Tag, als wir Geschirr mit der Hand gespült haben, lief das Wasser aus dem Überlauf des Beckens anscheinend direkt hinten raus auf den Fußboden. Ich wundere mich wirklich über die guten Rezensionen, denn für das Geld kriegt man deutlich bessere Unterkünfte.

Området var vakkert.

Cons:

Huset var slitt og uvasket kjøleskap. Sitteplass i stuen var kun en stol og en treseter savnet en lenestol. Soverommet ok men savnet en dobbelseng. Døren til verandaen gikk i vranglås. Ingen betjening å se.

Lage perfekt - Mängel, die leicht behoben werden könnten!

Die Lage am Meer ist traumhaft, besser könnte es nicht sein. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Badezimmer und die Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Küche und insbesondere die Küchenkästen waren innen drinnen sehr schmutzig. Alte, abgelaufene Lebensmittel standen in den Schränken - aufgeblähte Saucentuben kurz vor dem Explodieren.
Das war sehr unappetitlich!

Beautiful apartment, but not quite what we expected
Pros:

The apartment was in a beautiful location and the view from the windows was incredible. The level of equipment in the apartment was ok.

Cons:

The apartment was a bit dirty and worn out. The place needs a facelift. There were also bread crumbs and dirt in the kitchen. The frying pan had seen its best days. The apartment shared a balcony with a neighbor and there were no curtains on the window to give privacy in the living room/kitchen.
