Landmark Creek Hotel & Wellness

Check in was straightforward however, we were not given our bed requests. I reserved 1 double and 2 twins. I was given 2 doubles and 1 twin, which was not changed.
The rooms looked fairly decent but the rooms had an unpleasant smell, like there was dust in the air or within the carpets.
The balcony views were ok. Lake view is not really a good view if your room is in the lower level. The balcony with lake view picture on the hotel website was probably the room with the best view.

Breakfast was poor, but i guess it was a typical bulgarian type of breakfast. Only 3 hot options, a very small selection of pastries only and the juices all were very dilute cordial at best. We never bothered to go for more breakfast after the 1st visit.
I have stayed at better hotels in Plovdiv. The location was also a little far from the main areas.
I would not stay there again.

Hôtel idéal pour un séjour Bulgarie. Le petit dej est complet et la restauration est très bonne, gros coup de cœur pour les desserts. Très bien situé.

Le personnel feminin très désagréable. Le prix du spa de 20 euro par personne pour 1 heure est exorbitant pour ce qu'il est. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen.

Beautiful place idyllic place, but the service is whole different game, two rooms with lake view and we got tree view first floor and second floor. We tried everything with the reception and managers because on left side you have unobstructed lake view which we paid for but the were "Full" restaurant during breakfast half empty but the were full 🤔 the front desk closes at 11 so you can't even ask for tooth paste where in the world do you came up with that asking for tooth paste... I personally will never again stay in that hotel it has a lot to offer but not to westerners that is the feeling we got throughout our stay . Ps . Feta cheese is not white cheese and you're menús should be redone cause you name a 100 things in the menú that you subproduce and have official names you cant call them what ever you want. Lake view pictures are below to admire....

odalar gayet geniş ve rahat, balkon göle baktığı için keyifli idi fakat rüzgarlı havada polenler hiç rahat vermedi. Kahvaltı ve yemek çeşitleri oldukça güzel, çalışanlar güler yüzlü :)

Das Hotel war insgesamt gut – saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Allerdings war ich sehr überrascht über die Preise für den Fahrradverleih: 10 Leva pro Stunde ist wirklich übertrieben und wirkt unangemessen im Vergleich zum sonstigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das trübt leider den ansonsten positiven Eindruck.
Für zwei Stunden mit zwei Fahrrädern mussten wir 40 Leva bezahlen – das ist völlig überteuert! Bitte mieten Sie auf keinen Fall Fahrräder vom Hotel.

Otel sessiz ve sakin bir yerde. Gölü manzaralı odamızdan bol bol doğayı seyrettik. Göl etrafındaki yürüyüş parkurları çok kullanışlı. Kahvaltı gayet zengin bir açık büfeydi. Akşam yemeklerini dışarıda yediğimiz için bir şey diyemem. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bir tek eksik kapalı havuz olmaması.

Great hotel with everything you would need for a comfortable stay

O hotel é simplesmente perfeito, melhor escolha pra ficar em Plovidiv sem dúvidas.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi.Çocuğumla gölet kenarında bol bol bisiklete bindik.Kaldığımız göl manzaralı oda çok temiz geniş ve ferahtı.Kahvaltısı da genel olarak iyiydi.Personeller de güleryüzlü ve kibarlardı.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Hôtel excentré près d'une grande étendue d'eau réservée à la pratique du canoë-kayak. Très calme et très confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Centre ville à moins de 10 mn.

Well presented hotel on the outskirts of Plovdiv. Nice staff. Large room but bed mattress very thin. Lake View was minimal as trees covered view. Nice breakfast.
