I booked this room for my two daughters who drove over 7 hours from Oklahoma, so they could be safe and rest. Upon arriv
Pros:

The property was clean as well as the room, unfortunately the TV wasn’t working. It was nice to have a hot breakfast.

Cons:

The front desk person was very rude and acted like he was being bothered to do his job and complained about having to pick someone up at the airport as my daughters were checking in.

It was a very short stay as we were here for balloon fiesta and went with our group.
Pros:

Great location near the airport. Czech checked us in. Staff was very helpful and attentive

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean,spacious. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again clean hotels are a must for me and this hotel was. I appreciated the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere

Pros:

Location was super convenient for all that we did while in Albuquerque. I especially appreciate not having to wake up hours earlier to return our car and head to the airport for an early morning flight. The breakfast was good! Rooms and facilities were really clean.

Cons:

One elevator had issues so we had to take the stairs a few times from the third floor.

View was great, room was comfortable. Just wish people were more aware of themselves and their stomping.

Cons:

Second night there and the stomping was so bad that I barely slept and had to be up at 2:30 am for a flight.
