It is very noisy; you can hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. Some guests do not respect the rule against smoking in non-smoking rooms; consequently, they smoke, setting off the smoke alarms—and the alarm can be heard in every single room.

Pros:

I love staying hear. Easy to get too and easy out. Staff is first rate. They really seem to like there work and show it.

Cons:

The bed pad and cover sheet doesn't stay secure, I had to keep adjusting it.

Amazing!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here while visiting Albuquerque! The hotel and staff were exceptional! Melissa at the front desk was so friendly and helpful which made it even better! Great location in a safe area. As a female traveling solo I felt totally safe while staying here! The pool and hot tub were both very nice too. Thanks for the hospitality!
