Great place.
Pros:

Good communication, easy check in. Matsuyama is a cool spot for local places to eat & drink.

Cons:

Maybe some tea, coffee & cutlery would help.

Good deal but be careful at the rules to use kitchen rules
Pros:

Close to the main street of restaurants and shops. In a quiet street so it is quiet. Room was very clean and staff available to our requests.

Cons:

I am not clear why we booked a room with kitchen and once arrived we discovered that pots/plates/cutlery needed to be booked at an extra price (1000yen) and as there were not enough for all rooms and we required last minute we were not able to use the kitchen at all.

Fantastic Stay in Naha
Pros:

The room was very spacious and had great amenities (washing machine and dryer, large kitchen sink, stovetop, and a large fridge and freezer). The hotel was also in a great location it was close to lots of different shops and restaurants, and the park across the street is a nice place to get some fresh air. The building is also about a 15 minute walk from both a beach and the main walking street in Naha.

Cons:

Nothing. This was an amazing stay.

Great location and very well equipped, with excellent restaurants close by
Pros:

For us the location was spot on. Just on the edge of town , with an easy walk to the centre and bus station.
Great facilities with a tumble drier. There is no maid service , but if you needed your towels changed, or to dispose of rubbish you just needed to leave outside the door in the morning, which is a great bonus

Cons:

We stayed in February and the the weather was very cold and windy. After 4 days the concreate walls looked depressing, and there was condensation on the patio doors due to the lack of insulation. lack of utensils.

Emplacement proche du port.

Cons:

Vaisselle et parking a payer en + du prix de la location. Nous sommes en road trip au Japon. C'est le 9 ème Hébergement le seul à procéder ainsi. Du coup la réservation + prix parking et vaisselle = trop cher. Je ne reviendrai pas. Et le logement est petit sans table ni chaise pour manger.

7 minutes walk mins from the monorail and 5 minutes from the closest 711
The room had a washing machine and a drier which was really helpful
Quiet hotel and the self check in and check out process was very easy
Would go again

海にも近く、徒歩圏内に食事処がたくさんある
Pros:

コンパクトなサイズながら、部屋にトイレ、シャワー、洗面台があり、キッチンにはガスコンロ1口、と小さいお皿、グラスとカップがありました。一番良かったのは、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があったことです。洗剤は持参してください。

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Good location, but out of the noisy area (around 15 minutes walk)
Very clean, nice facilities (washer and dryer)
Quiet

Cons:

The bed could be more comfortable and it's a bit on the smaller side for a double bed (expected for Japan)

Great accommodation and location. Highly recommend.

- had launderette with a dryer

- great lighting throughout the place

- should of had a small fold out table to eat in the kitchen area
- clothes line to dry clothes that can't be dried with the dryer on the balcony

沖縄滞在の常宿にしているので、あまり人気になると困ります、笑
Pros:

自宅のように寛げて、洗濯機に乾燥機も完備されて冷蔵庫に電子レンジも完備されてるのは本当にありがたい。

Cons:

テレビが古いので、できればNetflixなどが観れるテレビの方が個人的にはありがたいと思いました。
