We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that does the food and beverage service in the pool area. We rented a side-by-side quad one day to explore, even though we had a car. Lots of fun.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at your property , beautiful, great place to visit, staff were vey cordial and professional. i would like to suggest to invest a bit of money in changing trash cans in bedrooms as this are vey old , dirty and corroded and cover in rust and it takes away the beauties of your property. We will definitely love to return at some point. Thank you

Absolutely amazing. Slice of paradise. This place is breathtaking for our second time here. The staff Jr. And Renso and the multitude of others bringing us our drinks many many drinks cold and on time , served with the utmost quality. The food is spectacular. The free breakfast are delicious and multitudes to choose from. The trusted cleaning service went above and beyond to keep our room and lounge area, perfectly spotless. By far the best accommodations and experience on ometepe. We even adopted a small kitty named astro blaster, the staff have promised to send updated pictures so we can see how she is doing. This a 5 star accommodation and experience, above and beyond. They have created a magical paradise. We are sad to be leaving but we will be back.

Very poor customer service. Could not get dinner unless we waited 1.5 hours for food. Great hotel
Views but not worth it based on staff ( if there is any) we had to prove to them we had a reservation when we checked in and since then no staff around. Try to order at the bar but no one working. Playing music loud at the pool but not taking drink orders

This was a last minute hotel for us. The staff was great, room was spacious, and the grounds were amazing. The volcano view from our room was breathtaking. Definitely an all around great find and we will be staying here again next time we are on the island of Ometepe.

Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y cariño. Junior, Norlan y Enzo fueron excepcionales con los adultos mayores.
El servicio cuando viajas con niños y adultos mayores es importantísimo. Dormimos riquísimo, las camas maravillosas.
Lo único que pueden mejorar es el internet en algunas de las habitaciones. Nos encantó y queremos regresar!

The hotel room was great but no staff around to help. I didn’t have water the whole afternoon until late night and the next morning I was taking a shower and the water gone I have get out of the shower with soap and start yelling to anyone to help me and after 2 hours they fixed by the time I have to check out. They need Staff and a phone in the room to connect it to the office to get help

The property was absolutely beautiful & in a great location. The staff was so friendly & helpful.. I’m so glad I stayed here.. ’ll definitely stay here again!

Me encantó la vista

I was charged an additional $30 at the property for my two children. The hotel room was not worth that much...We booked with Family because of the pool. However, the pool was out of service for 3 days and they didnt inform us beforehand. They did offer we stay at another hotel with pool but less fancy. The AC in the room was dripping so we had to be changed to another room. No one is eeeever at the front desk so it takes for ever for your issues to be solved. The only saving grace was the breakfast and some of tbe staff. Would NOT recommend.

Is wonderful and peaceful

I love this place. Nice and clean.

I cannot recommend this hotel due to poor security. There was no safe in the room so valuables were consequently unsecured and I had my credit card stolen from my bag left in the room whilst at the hotel. I can only conclude that this is a dishonest employee as the room was locked so it was someone who had access to keys. We did notice that the staff generally seemed surly.

We stayed 3 nights at La Estancia in Feb 24. We had the suite on the 2nd floor and the view was fantastic. The property is beautiful, pool seems well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. The food was average. There is free breakfast but we almost
had to beg to get a second cup of coffee. The service was not great; we didn't ask for anything the first 2 days, on day 3 we needed water and paper and I had to ask many times to many different people to finally get it. We did not feel very welcome; not sure if it was because we weren't Spanish speaking even though we tried to speak some. Overall, nice place with great potential but service could be improved.
