Они пишут одну цену а в итоге сдирают больше.персонал не наглый борзый не знают свою работу .мне по ошибке дали вообще другой номер и хотели собрать вместо одной ночи две цены.я час пытался объяснить что я только въехал но сомной говорили высокомерно и не не хотели слушать мои объяснения.в итоге мне дали номер и в цокольном помещении где за всю ночь я глаз не сомкнул из за постоянных звуков. Я не доволен не персоналом не сэрвисом

Receptionista in ritardo, ha dovuto sistemare la cosa un ragazzo all'ultimo minuto. La camera aveva le finestre aperte con una temperatura di -4 gradi all'esterno... Forse non mi aspettavano... Non so 🤔

Im Zimmer herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch, es war kalt und die Kissen sowie Handtücher rochen nicht frisch.

Aufgrund eines fast leeren Handyakkus haben wir versehentlich für das falsche Datum gebucht. Deshalb haben wir die Administratorin angerufen und gefragt, ob wir heute kommen können und ob das andere Datum storniert werden kann. Uns wurde ausdrücklich gesagt, dass das kein Problem sei.

Vor Ort wurde uns erneut bestätigt, dass das andere Datum storniert wurde.
Später, als wir bereits im Zimmer waren, wurden wir nach unten gerufen und uns wurde gesagt, wir sollten nach draußen gehen, da wir angeblich nichts bezahlt hätten. Um 23:00 Uhr standen wir in dieser Situation.

Unten verlangte man dann plötzlich, dass wir für heute und zusätzlich für das andere Datum bezahlen sollten. Wir waren schockiert, da uns zuvor gesagt wurde, dass dieses Datum storniert sei. Es kam erneut zu einer Diskussion.

Erst nachdem wir die Zahlungsnachweise gezeigt hatten und das Personal lange überlegte sowie den Chef kontaktierte, wurde schließlich bestätigt, dass die Zahlung korrekt war.

Sehr schlechte Organisation und unnötiger Stress.
Nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Fernseher war kaputt und man wusste das vor meiner Anreise, die Fernbedienung für das Licht ebenfalls kaputt, ich durfte in einem Lila Raum wohnen. Es gibt keinen Stuhl, man kann nur liegen oder stehen.. Man kann im Bad nirgendwo ein Handtuch aufhängen,.

Розташування готелю, в кімнаті було опалення, кількість рушників.

Cons:

Шумоізоляції немає взагалі, чуже волосся на ковдрах, запах в кімнаті. Реєстрація яку проходили онлайн не діє. При заїзді все одно прийдеться провести 15 -20 хвилин відповідаючи на запитання:

Надання всіх кодів бронювання які вам надходили на пошту
На чиє імʼя було здійсненне бронювання

Für eine Nacht absolut ok
Pros:

Ich war am Silvester eine Nacht im Hotel Royal. Da es nur ein Kurzaufenthalt kann ich nicht viel sagen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Die Bar war nicht geöffnet.
Einen Punkt Abzug gebe ich wegen der doch etwas lieblosen Gestaltung der Zimmer. Die Wände sind kahl und weiß. Das empfand ich als nicht sehr gemütlich. Der Vorhang am Fenster war zu schmal, sodass er nicht das ganze Fenster verdeckte. Das Bett war für mein Empfinden bequem. Für eine Nacht absolut ok.

Lage vom Hotel

Cons:

Keine Minibar ,keine Pflegeprodukte,kein Balkon
Laut Booking sollte es aber geben.

Habe nach einem Fitnessraum gefragt,Personal hatte keine Ahnung wo der Schlüssel ist.
Aufenthalt wurde direkt per Paypal bezahlt,trotzdem hat man die Kreditkarte (für den Aufenhalt) geblockt( vllt ist es normal ,aber so kenn ich es nicht.
Wenn man direkt zahlt wieso wird trotzdem geblockt?

Zusätzlich war der Abfluss in Dusche nicht sauber,das Wasser konnte nicht rausfließen.
