Pros:

This hotel is very neat, great, responsive staff and overall rather close and convenient location to downtown. Close to the interstate junction which is perfect if you’re in for a layover.

Cons:

The TV in the room would not work at all. Couldn’t find out if it was a TV issue or a remote issue. The parking garage is secure only by room key and is still accessible to anyone in the public. The garage access point is placed on a one-way street, so if you’re using a GPS for directions, you may not realize how to access the garage or the front entrance at first. Not very fun trying to navigate.

Thoughtfully designed hotel convenient to downtown
Pros:

Great stay in Indy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, thoughtfully designed. Front desk staff is helpful and attentive. Breakfast was nice, parking convenient in their lot but for an additional charge. Close to walk to everything downtown. Wish they’d light the sidewalk under the old train tracks at night as the walk back to the hotel in the dark was a little sketchy feeling.
