We are very happy with our stay in Comfort Inn Hotel.
Pros:

We love the breakfast every morning. Foods are delicious and hot and fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The pool area. It was not too inviting to go to the pool area. Too small space.

Pros:

The staff were awesome and the property was spotless. Loved the room and lights above the bed. Jessie at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me. Very impressed, thank you!

Cons:

The barking dog in the room next to me for 2 nights…but that is not the hotels fault.

Great place and perfectly location for Kartchner, Tombstone and Bisbee
Pros:

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful all during the trip. The gal in the breakfast room was so nice I even gave her a tip. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The ONLY kind of weird thing was that there was only a shower curtain and not a shower door. This was not a bathtub shower but one that you didn't have to step over. Not a deal breaker by any means but just thought it was odd. Hard to keep the water in the shower with a blowing curtain. Otherwise...awesome stay. We were going to Kartchner Caverns and the location was perfect. Thank you

Overall, the stay was free of any problems. Front desk staff was always helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Location of the property. Quiet and well maintained.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty weak. Pretty bland.

Making sure all amenities are actually usable
Pros:

Rooms and commons area were clean.

Cons:

I consider breakfast below average as they ran out of coffee a couple of times and ran out of a very cheap bread for toast. The fitness center had two treadmills and they were both out of order.

Staff was generally helpful and courteous but management needs a real lesson on hospitality.
Pros:

I loved the location in town because of shops and resturants near by. They had almond milk for my other halfs dietery needs.

Cons:

No daily room service was communicated at check-in and was told to ask and exchanged needed items at front desk. There was also a required cleaning every seven days. This policy would have been ok because we were only there 5 nights. It allowed us to relax and not work about keeping our bags packed. It made ne sense for them to clean our room on day 4 and then the manager proceeded to call us weird after having our privacy intruded upon. A clear conaistent policy would make the stay much easier.
