快適でした
Pros:

福山駅南口からは徒歩3分。天満屋デパートの裏。近所で食事をする選択肢も多いし，同じ建物にセブンイレブンがある。2階にフロントがあり，宿泊はさらにその上の階なので静かで安心。鍵はシリンダーキーで，外出時はフロントに預ける。

Cons:

12時を少し過ぎて，客室清掃依頼の札を出したが，12時で締め切られていて，清掃はしてもらえなかった。結果的に困ることはなかったが。アーケード街を入って行くので，最初は入口がわかりにくいかもしれない。朝食はコンビニで前夜に調達したので問題はなかったが，ホテルでの提供もある。ただ，数量限定の事前申告制なので，注意が必要。
