コスパ良し。東京に慣れてない人には優しい。
Pros:

出口さえ間違えなければ、駅からとても近いです。
近くにコンビニもあり、助かりました。
また、必要な設備は整っていて、アメニティなどをもし持っていなくても過ごせるように整えてありました。
コスパ的にはとても満足でした！

Cons:

部屋の広さはそんなに広くないので、スーツケースを広げるのに苦労しました。でも、都内はどこも広い所はないと思うので、あえて言うならという感じです。
あとベッドは少し狭いです。大柄な人はツラいかも。

Excelente relación precio-calidad
Pros:

Nos tocó la habitación de planta baja que fue ideal ya que teníamos varias valijas. El departamento era pequeño pero cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Las camas eran cómodas, el baño muy amplio y contaba con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de la estación de subte, de centros comerciales pero lo suficientemente alejado para que sea tranquilo y sin ruido.

清潔感◎
乾燥付洗濯機があり部屋で干すこともできる。
ベッド、枕ともに硬めで寝やすかった。

Cons:

スリッパが紙のようにペラペラなので、履きたい人は持参したほうがいい。ホテルというよりアパートのような感じ。時計がない。ホテルの場所が分かりづらかった。

Pros:

到着時間が遅くなってしまい電話連絡してチェックイン方法等を教えてくださった電話対応の方がとても親切でわかりやすい説明をしてくれた。

Cons:

一緒に宿泊する1人に足が不自由な方がいたので事前に３階でエレベーターはなく階段だと教えて欲しかった。

Pros:

Great little room with three beds on the ground floor. This made it especially comfortable since you don't need to run in stairs. Room is a bit on the small side but good enough if you put the beds together. Very smart room with very comfortable beds, phone charging above your head and very good wifi and internet. Small but clean and nice bathroom/shower. Easy self-checkin system. Location is very close to JR Takadanobaba. Can recommend.

Cons:

Nothing really. The building is in an alley around the corner that can be tricky too find when you come from the station. A big rat greeted us on our way in. lol . Dont be afraid. I named him Leonard.

30分圏内でスムーズでした

家族3人で1泊の価格がとてもお値打ちでした

Great, made it easier to see everything of Tokyo
Pros:

Great position for catching trains to attractions , near 7/11 ,area of Takadanobaba nice for restaurants and getting away from hustle of bigger areas. Clean and comfortable.
