It was comfy, nice overall and an easy way to get out fir a night
Pros:

It’s close to downtown and the room we were staying at was way bigger than we anticipated which we loved

Cons:

The AC unit was loud and made some clunky noise which kept us up a couple times in the night. It sounded like construction was going on. Also one of our towels in the shower wasn’t fully cleaned and had hair stuck in it.

Very comfortable modern hotel in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa
Pros:

Nice looking modern room with wood floors. Very comfy bed. Nice soft lighting throughout the room. Not much bleed through from the other rooms. A little noise from outside but not bad. Located right downtown with ample restaurant choices. Nice looking bar/lounge/resturant area. Great stay overall.

Cons:

The LG TV was very laggy, especially trying to call up one of the Apps. Also a lack of choices where the apps were concerned (No Max or Apple TV+). A small annoyance. Parking is either valet or city parking. I've gotten multiple tickets forgetting to add more time. But there is an app you can control the meter with, which is nice.

Pros:

Very clean and nice and located close to shopping and food

Cons:

Everything seemed great aside from my friend and I stayed one night and that was almost two weeks ago and they’re still holding a 50$ deposit. Not happy about that.

AC Hotel in Santa Rosa was a great location for local excursions to wine country.
Pros:

Great location. Easy to walk to shops, food and train. Also very easy to get to highway.

Cons:

Parking was not included and was somewhat expensive. The hotel did not offer self-parking, only valet. Since we were in and out a lot, valet didn’t make sense for us. We chose a nearby hourly lot.

Management is MIA
Pros:

The person I booked the room with told me I could use points. After checking out I received an emailed receipt showing points were not used. Instead the credit card on file was used. I called immediately and was told I needed to contact the manager and was given her email address. The manager didn’t respond after 3 days so I called again and was assured I would hear something back by the next day. After 3 days I called again. The next day I got an email from the manager who said she couldn’t help me and basically I didn’t make the reservation the right way.
