Pros:

The room was super cozy with such a beautiful view of the mountains and water front. My kids were OBSESSED with the adorable bench seat at the window which was such a cozy touch. The breakfast was really nice with a little something there for everyone. My kids absolutely loved watching the pancake maker. Such a cool little gadget. We ended up having a medical emergency that cut our stay short and the staff did a really great job of just checking out my family with very minimal effort needed on my poor scared and stressed out husband's part. The front desk staff was always super kind and helpful. Which really made for such a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The side door into the hotel is extremely difficult to operate. My husband and I both had to try multiple times to get into the building which was very frustrating with little kids, the dog and luggage.
