Nice hotel, great location and value. But problems with booking through a 3rd party.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. They don't serve any meat or eggs so you don't get to start your day with any protein. But the other choices were fine - pancakes, waffles, cereals, pastries. The location is very nice. It's on Lake Georgetown. There is a hiking trail about a 1/3 of a mile away that starts on a lake trail but also offers trails that go up the mountain.

Cons:

I prepaid for two rooms through Booking.com. The hotel also charged me for two rooms before I arrived on 6/8. They did not inform me of that and I did not find out until I returned home. They credited back one of the erroneous room charges but not the second one. I talked to the manager on the phone and by email. The second charge was not reversed. I have had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I'm very displeased with the actions of the hotel and inaction by the manager.

A comfortable place to stay in Georgetown
Pros:

1. Very helpful staff. My booked room was on the highway side of the building and the front desk agent was able to move me to a quiet room on the lake side.
2. The room furnishings look new and well maintained.
3. You cannot beat the location. It is next to a brew-pub and has easy access to the walking path around the lake.

Cons:

We didn't see any bighorn sheep. :-(
