A so so experience.
Pros:

The location was great! The hotel was great and the amenities were nice!

Cons:

The staff, when restocking our towels, used our toiletries. Our rooms smelled of my husband's cologne when we got back after dinner. One staff member was very slow to refill breakfast items and was, instead, sitting at the front desk playing on her phone. The tables had syrup on them and instead of wiping them down, she gave us a rag and a container of Chlorox wipes to clean them ourselves.

Cons:

I was charged 3 times and will be calling the site when they open today. When I arrived I was asked for my credit card for any incidentals. Next the lady hands me a receipt and had charged the card for the stay. I had chosen to pay cash when I made the reservation. I explained this to the receptionist and she explained that the charge would drop off. So I paid cash. Later in my room my bank sends me a message that I was charged for the room again. I went to the receptionist and asked why I have been charged twice on the card and paid cash. I asked to have my cashe returned and the receptionist said the secondary charge would be returned in a few days. This was never refunded.

Good place to stay for few days of skiing at Loveland and Arapahoe basin resorts.
Pros:

Our stay was clean and convenient!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! Clean and convenient! The hot tub and pool were great! Breakfast was simple but hit all the boxes. Great location with a Dollar General and gas station down the road. We were unsure of our exact plans during our trip, we stayed one night not knowing where we’d be the next night, and we enjoyed this property so much we drove an hour back to it to stay another night!!

Cons:

The beds are a bit firm for my liking, however the rooms are clean and functional!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!!!
Pros:

This was THE BEST continental breakfast I've ever had! With a very wonderful staff lady who's was quick to refill everything. The pool was actually warm! We love this hotel and it will be our go to for the area now.
