A comfortable place to stay in Georgetown
Pros:

1. Very helpful staff. My booked room was on the highway side of the building and the front desk agent was able to move me to a quiet room on the lake side.
2. The room furnishings look new and well maintained.
3. You cannot beat the location. It is next to a brew-pub and has easy access to the walking path around the lake.

Cons:

We didn't see any bighorn sheep. :-(

Good place to stay in a pinch
Pros:

Location was. good, front desk friendly enough.

Cons:

Base of the shower had a chip out of it, remote control was sticky and dirty, with hair sticking out from under the buttons. All else was very good.

Nice location, clean room but the breakfast is a major minus.
Pros:

Clean room, pool seemed clean too. Enough parking space.

Cons:

Very limited breakfast options (at least when we were there), it’s basically pastry (bagels, bread, muffin), hot cereal (porridge which you make yourself in the microwave) and yogurts. The lady who was running the breakfast was little bit stressed out when people were mentioning that they are running out of milk or no spoons were available (since everyone was eating hot cereals), there were 3 families, which made the breakfast area full. Definitely not family friendly.

Too small of a room
Pros:

The location

Cons:

I spent 250 on a room that was too small for 2 adults and two big dogs. The room was very cramped. We had been in the car for 10 hrs. In the room we were tripping all over each other.
