clean and modern hotel, breakfast was so, so. Location was excellent
Pros:

Clean, great location to the lake and shopping, pleasant staff

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing, coffee was flavorless. Staff did a great job keeping things clean and stocked in the kitchen however.

We had a very nice stay.
Pros:

The staff were very nice. They accommodated our request for early check-in as if we were guests in their home. The breakfast was good. The coffee was really good. The pool was nice although it appears the filters/vents could use a major cleaning. The beds, other than the pillows, were comfortable. We had a very nice view of the lake which was a stone's throw from our 3rd story room.

Cons:

The pillows were dreadful. It would have been nice if the staff had told us that we got a discount at the restaurant next door if we told them we were staying at the inn. We found out when our daughter mentioned it to our server at our dinner the night b4 we left after having dined there twice before. Our first night it was quite noisy after 10 pm which, combined with the awful pillows meant that sleep came at a premium.

A very pleasant stay outside of Denver.
Pros:

It’s location is perfect for stopping on the way out of Denver. Georgetown gets us out of the Denver morning traffic. I also really like the rooms, staff, and breakfast at the Microtel Inn.

Cons:

Everything was great!

We would love to come back to Georgetown to visit again.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. (attendant was grumpy) The location of the hotel next to the lake was awesome! And we enjoyed going to the brew pub next door. The shower in the room was great. Also enjoyed the Halloween decorations. Our check-in staff person was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The bed was so-so. The pillows were terrible. You need more choices for pillows (not everyone likes a fat, foam pillow). Also the bedspread / comforter was thin and we were cold. Didn't know that there were blankets hidden in a drawer until the next morning. (make them more obvious, please). The bathroom sink area was so small - no place to put your toiletry bag.

Very nice, beautiful setting, perfect ending to a week in Colorado before heading home the next day.
Pros:

Nice place in a beautiful setting. The restaurant/brewery next door was very nice and convenient.

Cons:

The parking lot was being resealed which I completely understand needs done but just about the entire parking lot was blocked off. It wasnt terrible for me but I happen to see some elderly visitors having a hard time navigate and walk into the building.

Confortable and really good experience
Pros:

The hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was really good. The staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was really good, and for me, there were plenty of food options.

We didn't leave there upset like we had a bad stay there was just certain things that could have bee
Pros:

We liked the hotel itself it was in a great little town.

Cons:

I rate hotels on the water pressure in the shower and this one was pretty weak. And for some reason the power kept going out in our room during the night and the reason I knew that was because we always bring a box fan with us and it kept going off and then back on all throughout the night and morning.

Pros:

Gorgeous location by the lake. Beautiful clean hotel with lovely art decorating the walls. Convenient with restaurant next door. Walked the trails around the lake. Saw some wildlife! Wonderful stay and would book again!

Pros:

The property itself was nice, but I was very disappointed with how our room was advertised. I wanted to splurge a little for my birthday weekend, so I specifically booked a suite with a lakeside view. Unfortunately, what we got was a view of the back of a brewery, with only a tiny corner of the lake visible from our room. This was definitely not the beautiful lakeside view I was expecting or felt I had paid extra for.

To add to the disappointment, the complimentary breakfast was severely lacking in both quality and selection.
