It was a fraud..Avoid OYO if you can.
I suggest you to cancel directly if the contact for this property is +62 817 788016.. this number always off and never answer our questions through chat or email..
they didn’t charge us before our stay as promised, but charged after that as they said, we never show up at the property. They are cheaters. The truth was, we showed up, but there were no rooms for us and they didn’t give us our rooms.
I arrived at night at this property, and all the rooms were full. They said they didn’t accept my booking, but the status was confirmed at this application. You know, I was anxious as I booked 18 rooms for 36 people.
So, I asked the responsibilities of the property to search the accommodation for us that night. They searched everywhere and found an empty training centre for us. Okay, that’s enough for that night, as long as I didn’t abandon 36 people on the street. I appreciated the manager and receptionists
of this accommodation that night for their efforts to help us found the other accommodation.
But, I will avoid OYO all my life. No more..
For booking.com: please block this kind of troublesome partners, so we customers will feel safe to book hotels through your application.

First and last.
Bad coordination between themself.
Hotel fully book and they don't give us anything except they want to refund our money.
Luckily i had friend that we can stay overnight. Otherwise we will.sleep.on the road.
Nothing special about this hotel. Oyo always use a bad bed sheet, poor pillow and so on. Not recommded !!
Large bed, duvet. Spacious room.
Scruffy, dirty hotel that's not well looked after. Room and bathroom wasn't that clean - there was hair in the sink and the soap packets from the previous guests were still there.
Bed sheets that don't fit the bed.
Waited 20 mins for someone to come to reception in the morning.

Most of facilities in poor condition and cannot be used;
