A pleasant stay despite the outside talking. Would prefer not to have room 101 again.
Pros:

We stay here often as we have family living nearby. The hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very good.

Cons:

We had a room on the 1st floor this time, directly above the outside reception area. As it was a fairly warm day, people were sat outside talking until quite late. It disturbed our sleep as we could hear them.

A great stay
Pros:

We had a very friendly welcome an Novhu provide help and assistance with all our needs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and we also had dinner in the restaurant taking advantage of the special which was delicious. The staff at reception and the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. A true credit to the Hotel.

Perfekter Ort, wenn man den City Airport von London benutzen muss.
Cons:

Die Stimme im Lift, die die Etagen ansagte. Die verstand man auch mit bestem Englisch nicht.
