Location & views
Lack of parking
Great location and parking included
Really small bedroom for price paid. Breakfast was extra!
This is a real gem right in the heart of Nottingham, I was surprised in a very positive way at how nice it was, it's a great location, walking distance to the castle and several pubs and eateries. We had a lovely garden room on the ground floor with views over the city and a table and chairs. Staff are lovely, professional and friendly, reception very well organised, honestly I've had worse service at some very high end much more expensive hotels. I didn't try the food but a colleague who lives locally said he'd been there for a number of meals and would recommend it.
Nothing it was honestly well above and beyond my expectations, super well organised/run, staff couldn't have been more helpful and felt very high end.
Great location and lovely breakfast
The room was quiet small and the lift was not working
Location, gardens, rooms and breakfast
The full length mirror inside the wardrobe door not a good place to be as the wardrobe door doesn’t fully open due to the radiator so unable to use
Location was great
Parking available
Down pillows and good linen
Evening menu
Very nice rooms, nice amenities. Comfy bed, nice linen. Good location to town centre. Staff very accommodating and chilled out when it came to requests/questions. Key is that it is very quiet.
Garden room specific review: The garden room was the last on the left (room 7) so was a bit dark in the morning/shaded by trees. you could also occasionally hear water from a waste pipe(?) flow through, every now and then, bit weird to be honest and not something i expected to hear but i suspect it was due to the location of the garden room (room 7). Wasn't very clear what was "free" or not with the layout of drinks and nuts and sweets, there was a list but still not the clearest. I think the breakfast was rather mediocre for £17, was expecting more fruit e.g. cut fruit layed out as opposed to a massive bowl of fruit salad, bit lazy if you ask me. Hot water in the shower was sporadic i.e. as you raise the temperature, you get a few seconds of higher temperature and then the water drops back to its "baseline" warm water.
Locatie is perfect en de kamers zijn heel fijn
Alles oke
Great location for activities in the centre of Nottingham but at the same time in a relatively quiet part of the city. Lovely hotel, clean and nicely presented. With parking on site. Good breakfast.
Room where breakfast was served was a bit small and quite compact. Can’t think of anything else.
