Very comfortable convenient hotel for a short city break.
Pros:

The beds and pillows were super comfy and the shower was excellent (although I would have preferred to not climb into the bath) it was an easy walk into the city with secure parking for my car. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a garden room which was delightful, opening out onto a terrace with views across the city.

Cons:

The bedroom was on the small side with the ‘twin’ beds being a double separated with no space between.

Join a wine tasting dinner if you can
Pros:

My stay coincided with one of the regular wine tasting dinners. Luckily they had a spare place (you have to book in advance). It was most enjoyable and I would recommend it highly.

Location lovely and quiet hotel, 5 mins walk to city. Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms, amazing extras and lovely choices of tea. Lovely filter coffee too
