AWESOME, as normal, love staying at The Harts Hotel, see you later in the year
Pros:

We love staying at the Harts Hotel, we always go for a Garden Room, which is so wonderful, the views over the garden balcony are super. The service is excellent, and always is, which I adore considering my whole world is about CX, EX & Technology. They keep it simple and precise, look after the Customer, which is perfect and makes your experience wonderful. We have already booked for Christmas, really looking forward. Great experience, thank you to all your people, they are wonderful, please thank them for us.

An average stay at Harts
Pros:

The location in the Park is very good
A very good breakfast

Cons:

Limited car parking. I came back after going out at 10pm to be told find an NCP car park as we are full. I had booked and registered the car with reception and was disappointed at 10pm in the evening being on my own to go.
Also I stayed the 5 nights and have stayed many times over the last 10 years to have been treated in such a way

Also the rooms are very small and basic.

No way as good as last time the room let you down was not very clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff were top notch, the garden at the back was a lovely bonus.

Cons:

Room was not clean found a large dog treat in corner of the room, drinks stains all over the carpet and dust and dirt on skirting boards
