Pros:

The facilities in the room were very good with free tea and coffee and biscuits. Room service was available although we didn’t use it and there was a good selection in the mini bar. The bathroom was very nice with a powerful shower. Lots of little extras such as a shower cap, mini shampoo/conditioner. Over all very impressed, especially for the amount we paid. The location was perfect for us, with an NCP car park a few minutes walk away. Perfect for a night out in the city centra also. Also a nice late check out as standard.

Loved where it was. Entering the car park made easy . The staff all of them are so nice , very helpful. Lovely hotel quiet location but convenient to everything.

A friendly homely hotel but needs a little TLC
Pros:

Fantastic staff on reception and in the bar/restaurant area.
Lovely location with nice views down the hill.
Spacious room with decent facilities.

Cons:

Some parts of the room were a bit tired or didn't match the high quality boutique vibe of the rest of the hotel. E.g. cheap thin loo roll, ragged edges on some towels, pillows were a bit lumpy.
Foodwise it was very good quality but not a lot of choice for a vegetarian. The wine prices were too high for the quality of wine on offer.
