Very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

Beautiful sea-view and swimming pool, very well taken care of facilities, very nice and helpful staff. We stayed in a beachfront room and in one of the villas - both were great, with gorgeous sea views, very clean and thought through. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay and are certainly planning to come back!

Pros:

Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und die Pflanzenvielfalt hat uns sehr gefallen und beeindruckt. Man merkt das sich die Designer viel Gedanken darüber gemacht haben. Auch das Interior Design hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Villa am Strand gebucht, also eigentlich die beste Kategorie, aber unsere Villa wurde nur nach Rückfrage vom Housekeeping geputzt und es gab keinen Turn Down Service am Abend, der in solch einer Kategorie eigentlich Standard ist. Bei Ankunft waren auch Zigarettenstummel neben unserem Pool und teilweise lagen die Bodenmatten(wir glauben für die Abgrenzung vom Sand zu den Pflanzen) frei, was nicht sehr schön aussah. Einige Beleuchtungen am Weg in der Anlage waren beschädigt und sind nur daneben gelegen. Wenn man gerne ins Meer geht, würden wir das Resort auch nicht empfehlen, da es zwar direkt am Meer liegt aber keinen guten Zugang dazu hat.

Pros:

Every thing about the hotel and staff. Especially Wee who works behind the pool bar and gives out towel's, he was very friendly and very helpful. Our cleaner was very nice too and looked after our room very well.

Cons:

Not being able to use the beach, so had to get taxis to another locations. Towels a little worn out. Mini bar was free last year but this year had to pay, bit cheeky as the price of the hotel went up.

Pros:

In meinen 5 Wochen Rundreise, war dieses mit Abstand das Beste. Die Anlage ist ein Traum, top gepflegt, sauber, bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Ein absolutes Paradies! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnliche Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden. Das Restaurant bot eine sehr gute und breite Auswahl an Gerichten, das Frühstück war vielfältig und der Geschmack immer sehr gut. Das Zimmer war großzügig und wunderschön, das Gym gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wlan war etwas schwach und leider hatte mein Zimmer einen muffigen Geruch.

Très bel hôtel contemporain, magnifique et immense piscine, jardin paysager vraiment très beau. Buffet du petit-déjeuner très copieux et varié, servi dans un cadre très agréable et reposant.

Cons:

Le niveau de la mer atteignant le mur de l'hôtel, les baignades sont fortement déconseillées car dangereuses devant l'établissement.
Mobilier de la terrasse, design, certes, mais absolument inconfortable. L'espace de la terrasse est très -trop- minéral, très "froid" et très impersonnel.
Pour un séjour "piscine et détente", pas de centres d'intérêt à proximité.

Ein wunderschönes, modernes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und tollem Service – absolut empfehlensw

Wir hatten eine Strandvilla mit einem traumhaften Garten und einem grossen Pool – einfach herrlich!
Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel mit viel Platz und das Bett war unglaublich bequem.
Wir hatten das Glück, sehr ruhige Nachbarn zu haben.
Jeden Morgen konnten wir einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang geniessen.
Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, und der gesamte Service war einfach top. Das Mittag- und Abendessen waren perfekt. Beim Frühstück gibt es noch ein kleines Verbesserungspotenzial, aber insgesamt war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Strand direkt beim Hotel. Zum nächsten Strand läuft man etwa 20 Minuten, da man nicht durch die anderen Hotelanlagen gehen kann und daher einen kleinen Umweg machen muss.
Direkt beim Hotel ist eher wenig los, für das Nachtleben benötigt man daher am besten einen Bolt oder Grab Taxi-Service. Diese waren jedoch meist innerhalb von 3 Minuten verfügbar.
