Relaxing stay in gorgeous surroundings.
Pros:

The hotel grounds are well kept and absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a pool villa and it was one of the most gorgeous rooms we have ever stayed in. It was totally private with a fairly big pool. The staff at the hotel is so lovely and helpful. We ate all our meals at the hotel and the food was yummy! The spa ezperience was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a relaxing holiday. We are definitely going back.

Cons:

The only silly note is that we would have wished for a broader selection of cable channels with english shows to watch at night before going to bed.

The staff were very friendly. Swim up bar was fabulous and a pleasant surprise! Should be advertised more

Cons:

I thought the beach was more accessible and the term "beach front" was a a little misleading as its not a proper beach area to sit on. However it wasnt even necessary because everything else was fabulous

Best private pool experience.
Pros:

Probably the best private pool I’ve ever experienced, perfect size and temperature. Restaurant is high quality and a wide range of food to choose from (I stayed for 1 week and never left the resort eating every meal at said restaurant and never ran out of choices) house keeping is great offering a turndown service as well, and they often would leave some gifts after making up the room. Staff were superb as well.

Not a single issue.

We had a lovely stay at Vala Hua Hin which really felt like a resort getaway.
Pros:

This is a beautiful resort with relaxing vibes. The room was nice and spacious and the staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

We had an issue with the room originally assigned to us but the staff were very accommodating and sorted out the issue fast.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit großartigen Zimmern und einem super Spa und sehr freundlichem Persona! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist nur bei Ebbe vorhanden und das Meer ist generell dort nicht so schön. Ist aber defacto nichts was das Hotel beeinflussen kann.
