Pros:

Staff, cleanliness and room was good

It was decent enough for it's purpose, but I was disappointed with how gross the pool was.
Pros:

The location was great for visiting Legoland, less than 15 minutes away.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. The pool was really dirty, things floating all over it. There were no towels in the pool area so I had to grab some from the gym. There was no bacon on either day that we had breakfast. We did not receive crib sheets after requesting them. There was no extra bedding for the pull out bed so we had to call the office to receive some, and they did not give us a blanket for that- it looked like a comforter cover.

Pros:

Excellent location if you are visiting the Lego Land. The room was spacious, updated and clean. Breakfast was ok. Access to indoor pool and laundry are excellent

Excellent I will be back!!!!
Pros:

My daughter and I enjoyed our overnight stay. The location and proximity to shops, restaurants, gas stations, the highway a BIG plus. The room size, views, clean and the we slept comfortably. We kept telling each this is a perfect staycation spot!

Cons:

We were greeted warmly by all staff the commendation was spot on nothing to not like

Friendly, relaxing hotel in a picturesque part of upstate New York.
Pros:

Great staff and room.
Nice pool!
We felt comfortable and responded to.
I was shooting a film nearby and it was nice to return to this hotel!

Cons:

Toilet paper too thin!
Had a little trouble regulating room temperature.

A clean and comfortable stay with a few areas that could use improvement.
Pros:

The hotel was nice overall. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and felt comfortable. Check in was easy, and the property itself was well kept.

Cons:

The staff could have been friendlier over the phone. The pool area could also use better cleaning and maintenance.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok some better fruit options would of been nice like some berries.
Location was good for access to everything but hotel is literally along side the highway and its noisy at night...

Cons:
