Easy to get to from the interstate. Very clean with comfortable beds. Felt safe at this very nice hotel.
Everything was perfect. The room we booked was not available upon arrival so the front desk upgraded our room.
Breakfast food selection
Food temp. Eggs were cold in some spots
Breakfast was good. We had biscuits/sausage gravy, scrambled eggs. Also, waffles, all kinds of fresh fruit, donuts and some other pastries. They also had yogurt with different toppings for it.And oatmeal.
Loved the two separate suites joined in the middle with seating area and kitchen
Breakfast on the weekend doesn’t begin until til 7:30. That is much too late for anyone needing to leave early.
We had a tour of Country Music Hall of Fame that began at 8:15. We had to buy breakfast elsewhere.
Breakfast buffet was great with multiple choices
Probably the best hotel experience we’ve had. The rooms were huge, lots of living space, nice kitchen, nice bathroom, very clean. What more could you ask for
Not one complaint
Happy and helpful staff.
Nothing to mention.
Convenience
Roaches
While the property is a bit out of the way from downtown Nashville, it was still a good choice for what we thought would be a good value. We arrived on Friday, October 10th in the late morning. Breakfast was done. Glancing around the lobby I saw a nice community room with a fireplace and tables and couches. Nothing special, but it was nice enough. We were able to go to our rooms at check in and that is where it started to fall apart. Upon opening the door, I could see right to the bed and I couldn't help but notice that the end of the bed was half tucked in and half just hanging. Is this a big deal? Not really, but it is telling that the housekeeping staff is not paying attention to detail. I walked to the bathroom and noticed that the carpet to the bathroom was severely ripped with strings splaying every which way which were a trip hazard. Saturday was a day out all day and upon return to my surprise there was no housekeeping done. Bed not made, dirty towels not picked up and no clean towels. This was shocking. I questioned the front desk and was told no housekeeping on the weekends. By Sunday, it was obvious that this hotel is totally rudderless on the weekend. No management to be seen anywhere. I saw housekeeping leaving the hotel, but they did not vacuum the common area. There were crumbs and food on the carpets, the curtains were askew and pillows were thrown about. This hotel has a manager who is MIA and clearly is not checking her property. She has no clue what is going on in the rooms and housekeeping is following her lead of no pride and they don't care. I called twice to speak to her and no return phone call. IHG was no help either. No partial refund, nothing. Very disapponting.
Great stay with Staybridge. Clean. Comfy. Convenient. Modern. We had a great stay!
Very nice hotel. Clean
We booked a 2 bedroom suite at the Staybridge Suites because I was traveling with my husband and 2 children, 17 year old boys. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they were sold out of the 2 bedroom suite and instead, they said they would put us in rooms right next to each other. I asked if there were any adjoining rooms and they said no. I explained that it was just the 2 boys and me, so we really needed a 2 bedroom suite/adjoining rooms because the boys are minors and I needed to watch them. Bethany said the best she could do was 2 rooms right next to each other, so she gave me the keys to 2 rooms and sent us to the elevator. She passed us on her way out of the hotel as we were getting in the elevator.
When we got to the 3rd floor, I realized that I was booked in room 330 and the two boys, under 18 years old, were booked in room 221. Not only were the rooms not next to each other, they were on completely different floors! We went back to the front desk where I talked to Sam. Sam said there was nothing he could do, he couldn't change our rooms, they were sold out. VERY disappointed. One, that the room I booked was not available; two, that a reasonable substitute was not provided; three, that two teenage boys had to stay in a room by themselves on a separate floor than the booking adult; and four that staff didn't seem to care or be willing to problem-solve. This is completely unacceptable.
