YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
Pros:

No breakfast, location was fine

Cons:

You get what you pay for: My room had a strong musty odor, and much of the furniture was badly worn and damaged. The fridge and safe were rusty, and the balcony was in terrible condition—the concrete floor was torn up, and the entire space looked neglected. Overall, the property felt extremely worn out. The elevator was tiny and genuinely scary to use. I only took it once because it took nearly a full minute just to start moving, and it creaked the entire way up.
The walls were very thin; I could clearly hear the TV from the room next door, and it stayed on loudly all night. Every time the air conditioning turned on, the entire room shook. If you are young, and looking for a cheap party room this is it. Otherwise, not for me

Clean but noisy.
Pros:

Was clean, close to airport. Had very early flight out, that's only reason we stayed there.

Cons:

Extremely loud outside on Boulevard. Loud cars, horns honking, cars revving.

Can’t really complain, stayed in worse 🤷🏼‍♀️
Pros:

The rooms seemed pretty clean, clean pool, and it was right across the road from the beach, close to everything.

Cons:

Staff wasn’t always the nicest, no pots or dishes in the suites, elevators sketchy & super slow, so lots of stair climbing, we didn’t get an “ocean view”. Overall wasn’t bad, but I feel I paid a high price for a cheaper hotel, but also the location so can’t complain.

Decent, could be better with elevators
Pros:

Decent place, nice staff, close to beach but not boardwalk. Very hot in elevators.

Cons:

Elevator was broken. We got stuck in it with my 9 MONTH OLD! They said it’s because the owner won’t pay to get new ones because of taxes

Pros:

The only thing good was the room was clean

Cons:

To start with we had to get the key fixed probably 50-100 times. Then my 3 kid got stuck in the elevator at 2am and we called the fire department because the front desk was busy smoking in their car. And the other thing is there was no ice machine the one on the first floor said use the second floor and the one on the second floor said out of order

Amazing staff and great views
Pros:

Location location location. Great location and value. Staff was on top of all details like when my TV wasn’t working, they replaced it within 30 minutes. Being so close to where beach, there was absolutely no musty smell and the views were amazing.

Thanks for the opportunity and we’ll definitely be back soon.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Only stayed for the night so it was decent.
Pros:

Right across the street from the beach.

Cons:

The back door doesn't lock.
Elevator needs maintenance. Got stuck in the elevator, another time the door was jerking open and shut and would not work.
