L'hôtel fait vieux et est surcôté car pour le prix on attend un niveau de qualité bien supérieur

Beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité et installation de l'hotel.
Beaucoup trop de problèmes :
Erreur d'attribution de chambres
Pas d'eau chaude un soir (une honte)
Pas de machine à café un matin .... + de 20 mns pour se faire servir un café par le personnel.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is situated by the road and Soca river. One has an awesome view of the mountains from the room, restaurant and terrace. It is about 10min away by car from Bovec but that wasn't an issue. Free parking is also provided for guests.

Room was very spacious and clean with a kettle, coffee and tea provided by the hotel.

Breakfast was very good and there is a wide variety to choose from. Will gladly stay again if we are in the area in future.

Since we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we appreciated that the hotel kept our luggage in safe storage until we went out and came back at the time when we could check in.

Pros:

Hotel poblíž řeky Soča a pod vodopádem Boka.
Pokoje krásné vybavené a koupelna extrémně veliká. Měli jsme jak vanu, tak sprchový kout.
Pokoj s terasou a s vyhledem na hory.
Snídaně v pořádku, výborný studený domácí čaj.
Večeři jsme si jednou dali přímo v hotelu, ale je treba si dopředu zamluvit stůl a ta taky výborná (s obsluhou uz to bylo horší), jinak je asi necelý 1km od hotelu jeste místní pohostinství a tam jsme se taky nejedli dobre.

Cons:

Obsluha v restauraci v hotelu, kdyz jsme dojedli tak uz si nas nikdo nevšímal a přehlíželi nás, ale je možné ze je to zvyklost, protože se nam to stalo v několika restauracích ve Slovinsku.
Vířivka byla bohužel pouze v soukromém apartmánu, takze na koupání je pouze řeka Soča (cca 10'C)

Super hotel Haustierfreundlich mit vielen outdoor Aktivitäten vor der Haustür.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Fluss ,Wasserfall und viele Wanderwege vor der Türe. Freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstück. Sauna mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Ausreichend Parkplätze für Hotelgäste. Schöne überdachte Terrasse um den abend zu genießen. Vom hotel führt ein direkter Einstieg zum Kajak fahren. Fahrrad Raum im Keller vorhanden.

Cons:

Die armaturen in der Dusche haben einen sehr langen hebel. Beim Duschen verstellt man sobald man sich bewegt die Wasser Temperatur. Heiß oder eiskalt.

Really nice hotel, modern and clean

Beautiful location outside the center. Nicely decorated hotel with style. Nice rooms.

Cons:

The restaurant was on a very limited menu. Wasn’t my favourite meal, but that was very much our decision.

Pros:

The receptionist - easy professionalism and charm. Fixed the curtain in our room in minutes.

A great breakfast buffet! And excellent waiting service that went with it, from a kindly gentlemen who heartily recommended home made pancakes and sweet cakes.

The car park.

Cons:

For a EUR260 per night room, I expected more. Like, a bed that's flat, not angled and with the collapsing mattress.

Bedside/reading lights that can be switched off independently of the main/ceiling light.

More than 3 channels - all American - on the TV. Come on, guys - not even Slovenian channels? Really??

Beautiful location, close to a river swimming spot and walking distance from a waterfall. A great place to stay to do all the Soca valley activities. Our rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The food at the hotel was a real highlight and the staff were warm and helpful.

Vue sur la montagne... mais a partir d une fenêtre trop petite
Grand lit king size

Cons:

Beaucoup trop cher, prestations et les 4* de l hotel pas en rapport avec la qualité des équipements et de la chambre :
- petite cabine de douche 1er prix avec eau chaude non constante
- Pas de balcon dans la chambre et fenêtre trop petite pour bien profiter de la vue
- buffet du petit dej limite pour un 4* et pas de reassort après 9h
