Wonderful location, comfortable room, great views of the alps.
Pros:

The location was great, along the Juliana trail which we were hiking. The views from the terrace and our room were amazing. The room was large for us (deluxe double). Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Cons:

The set menu dinner wasn’t as great as I had expected. Service was slow/ felt like they weee short staffed. The staff was sweet and accommodating. We would stay here again.

The best place to rest and relax in the region.
Pros:

Location is perfect… the staff were amazing from the front desk, the evening and breakfast restaurant staff.
The meal was one of the best I’ve had anywhere.
The first desk asked why we were only staying for one nite and honestly I don’t know why. This place is amazing.

Staubig dreckig und kein ordentliches Frühstück.
Pros:

Es hat nur gut gepasst, da die Lage zum wandern gut gepasst hat.

Cons:

Dreckig, staubig, Frühstück war Katastrophe… hatte so was nie gehabt … Gurken und Salami war von gestern. Schade das ich kein Foto gemacht hab. 392€ für eine Nacht gezahlt für 2 Personen einen Doppelzimmer mit Bergblick … ha ha ha lächerlich so was. Ich empfehle nicht. Wir haben es Vorort auch gesagt. Die Dame meinte nur Sorry sorry einfach nicht ernst genommen.

Bin gespannt ob die Mitarbeiter dort Frühstücken könnten oder Café trinken können.

L'hôtel fait vieux et est surcôté car pour le prix on attend un niveau de qualité bien supérieur

Beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité et installation de l'hotel.
Beaucoup trop de problèmes :
Erreur d'attribution de chambres
Pas d'eau chaude un soir (une honte)
Pas de machine à café un matin .... + de 20 mns pour se faire servir un café par le personnel.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is situated by the road and Soca river. One has an awesome view of the mountains from the room, restaurant and terrace. It is about 10min away by car from Bovec but that wasn't an issue. Free parking is also provided for guests.

Room was very spacious and clean with a kettle, coffee and tea provided by the hotel.

Breakfast was very good and there is a wide variety to choose from. Will gladly stay again if we are in the area in future.

Since we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we appreciated that the hotel kept our luggage in safe storage until we went out and came back at the time when we could check in.

Pros:

Hotel poblíž řeky Soča a pod vodopádem Boka.
Pokoje krásné vybavené a koupelna extrémně veliká. Měli jsme jak vanu, tak sprchový kout.
Pokoj s terasou a s vyhledem na hory.
Snídaně v pořádku, výborný studený domácí čaj.
Večeři jsme si jednou dali přímo v hotelu, ale je treba si dopředu zamluvit stůl a ta taky výborná (s obsluhou uz to bylo horší), jinak je asi necelý 1km od hotelu jeste místní pohostinství a tam jsme se taky nejedli dobre.

Cons:

Obsluha v restauraci v hotelu, kdyz jsme dojedli tak uz si nas nikdo nevšímal a přehlíželi nás, ale je možné ze je to zvyklost, protože se nam to stalo v několika restauracích ve Slovinsku.
Vířivka byla bohužel pouze v soukromém apartmánu, takze na koupání je pouze řeka Soča (cca 10'C)
