Not A Great Stay.
Pros:

Walking distance to downtown, but one has to cross a very busy street to get there. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our first room was not properly cleaned, so we changed rooms. What appeared to be pet hair was all over the upholstered chair in the room, and the traffic noise was really loud. Be aware of traffic noise and bright lights in any rooms facing the front street. Also, there was a “green fee” that is separately tacked onto the price of the room that is not disclosed up front or on the Booking.com website and is sent separately via email after checkout.

Pros:

The location is good for walking to downtown. Although street traffic is heavy. Liked the view of the river.

Cons:

Parking worked out, but it was difficult to maneuver. Construction was going on - but so Fortunate it was stopped for the weekend, otherwise it would have been awful. THE WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN. The air was difficult to adjust for comfort.

Pros:

Close to hiking/biking paths, downtown shops/restaurants, serves breakfast.

Cons:

We prefer to walk so we don’t have to deal with finding a parking space, so the location was great. The only thing is that we had to either cross a very heavily trafficked street right in front of the hotel, or walk down to the next street where there was a crosswalk.

Excellent and relaxing stay!
Pros:

Clean hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, perfect location.
Yoshi at the reception is so accommodating. He was able to find me a room with a river view when I asked for one.
The hotel is along the Animas river and a walking distance to restaurant, library and church.

Great location, beds were comfortable and the rooms were quietrooms.
Pros:

Close enough to walk to downtown and many restaurants.

Cons:

The room only had two towels and the Kleenex box was almost empty.. We had to get towels from the front desk.
