cleanliness,we spend 2 days the week end and they didn´t clean the room at all ,we call twice and they make us a favor,only change the towels that´s all.

My friend and I shared a room 7/20 - 7/24. On check-in we presented 2 credit cards and asked if the charges could be split. Desk clerk agreed and took both cards. Total cost for room was about $1550. Charges were incorrect when we checked out but extra charges were refunded and paper receipts were printed. On Monday morning, an additional charge of over $3000 was on my credit card. I’m still trying to get it refunded. There is no excuse for this. I would never stay there again. Watch your credit card closely.
The hotel and parking were Great.
Having to cross the road
Nice, big, comfortable and quiet room. Very clean. Breakfast was very good and served in a spacious room with beautiful views of the Animas River just in back of the hotel. Convenient laundry room for washing your own.

Pool
Wasn't heated. Because of a medical condition I have I need to swim Everyday. So of course for my 4 night stay I didn't swim. I expect to be conceited for this. I would never have stayed here if I knew a pool wasn't available
We booked a corner unit studio and there was only 1 mirror in the entire unit and it was located in the bathroom. We could have used another mirror to get ready in the morning.
I liked getting away with my partner and son and spending family time together.
I didn't like the price and I didn't like the fact their poola hearer was broken. The pool was as cold as the river and that was the main reason we wanted to stay, was the pool. Super bummed that it needed maintenance at the time of our stay.

Charging extra fees for vehicles
Large, airy room (accessible on ground floor, this wasn’t requested/ needed but it was great). Comfy bed. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine (also coffee machine in lobby). Friendly, helpful staff.
Great views over mountains on that side of hotel, but other side was main road. From hotel could get directly onto the river trail.
Location was good but crossing main road to walk into town was not great.

Beautiful, convenient location. It was one of the cleanest facilities we have ever stayed. It was beautiful sitting outside on the patio, which is located along the river.
