Homewood Suites By Hilton Montreal Midtown

Stayed here as part of a week-long getaway.

Overall it was a good experience. Two things detracted from the experience:

- We ordered from local restaurants. We were told that couriers from Uber couldn't come directly to the room and to take the food to the front desk. We told multiple couriers this and they did complied, but the Front Desk would then tell the courier to put the food on a table across the lobby, risking alone to just walk off with it. This policy needs to be reviewed.
- There is no way to watch streaming services on the in-room TV. The WiFi doesn't allow devices like Chromecast to connect and there is no option on the TV to do it. It's 2025, I expect a better experience from Hilton.

Overall it's a good Hotel in a good location, but some policies need to be reviewed.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was less than ten minutes walk from a metro station. Parking was easy and reasonable. I was very happy that they allow pets.

As the company manager for a local theatre, I am often needing to house out-of-town artists while they work on our productions throughout the year. One of the first people I call for these stays is Nina Baratta (Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing) who is extremely quick at providing us very comfortable rooms at affordable rates. Sometimes our plans change drastically from one week to the next, but Nina is always flexible, communicative and very helpful (with a great sense of humour to boot!).

The new facilities / rooms / suites are incredibly clean, comfortable and located within steps of a grocery store - a big plus for our guests who like to cook in their rooms. The restaurant located in the lobby is also a huge draw for foodies.

An excellent choice for anyone wanting to stay in Midtown, whether on business or for fun!

I would like to write this review specifically for Sonia in the Blandino restaurant in reception. Who went above and beyond for us even after breakfast had finished due to technical issues went out of her way to get the chef to make something for us at our request. Even though lunch had started. Thank you once again! If you’re from London go to the blandino restaurant and try the French toast with maple syrup!!!

Everything, the staff was wonderful, respectful and the room clean.

We really appreciated the layout of our suite for our stay in Montreal. We came to visit our family and we loved the location. We discovered a beautiful mall called Royalmount right close by. The staff was amazing throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back again! Keep it up

We had an amazing time in Montreal during Grand Prix weekend. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Subway was only a short walk from the hotel which we really appreciated since we did not have to use our car throughout our trip ! Highly recommended!

We have been using this hotel as our top choice for our travellers and have been extremely pleased with the experience. From booking reservations with Nina to the smooth check-in process and excellent service throughout each stay, everything is seamless. The location is excellent, and as a bonus, our male travellers love the barber shop conveniently located nearby. We highly recommend this hotel to any company needing accommodations in the area.

I frequently book this hotel for business stays for employees in my company, and it has consistently been a great choice. The location is convenient, the property is always clean and well maintained, and the service is excellent. A special thank you to Nina, who is always incredibly helpful and responsive.
