Exceeded expectations, we'd love to stay again!
Pros:

Our suite was lovely. Everything was very clean, the staff were lovely to speak to and were very helpful.

Cons:

And this is an extremely minor problem....out of the four stand up laundry washer/dryers, two washers and one dryer were in working order, all others were out of order.

Nice place, good location if not wanting to stay downtown and nice amenities and staff.
Pros:

Very professional and welcoming staff

Suite became available shortly after arrival despite initial delay

Nice pool experience for the kids

Convenient kitchenette, especially helpful when traveling with children

Good room cleanliness overall

Helpful and friendly breakfast staff who assisted with identifying allergen-friendly foods

Free breakfast was a nice addition

Paid parking was convenient and accessible throughout the stay

Good location, depending on planned activities in Montreal

Would recommend the hotel and stay again

Cons:

Room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time

Pool water was cold

Had to request additional towels for pool use

Only 4 towels provided despite booking for 5 guests

Multiple calls were needed to receive an extra towel, which arrived late (after 10pm)

Shower head appeared dirty and needs proper descaling/cleaning

Rooms are very spacious, clean & up to date with technology.

Cons:

Location was hard to get in and out of town. Bedding could have been nicer. Nice duvet would have been nice.
