Bien placé, mais on entendre la route (même au 9ième étage). Chambre grand et bien équipé. Piscine bien.
Petit déjeuner avec choix (mais pas assez de bon pain, seulement pain de mie) Nous sommes de France.
La chambre était laissé ouvert, un jour, après le ménage. Nous sommes rentré à 22H00 et trouvé que la porte était ouvert !
Heureusement sans conséquence.
très succint : pas de charcuterie (hormis saucisse), pas d'oeufs au plat, pas de fromage...
Bruit infernal d'un boulevard (9 voies de circulation) au 5éme étage la 1ere nuit + ENSUITE (changement au 11 étage la seconde nuit, bruit incessant de la cage d'ascenseur !!
en résumé, insonorisation plus qu'insuffisante pour un hotel classé 4* !!!
Das Hotel ist nur ca. 500 m von der Metrostation Namur entfernt und man ist super schnell im Zentrum Montreals.
Das Frühstück im Hotel ist für Europäer gewöhnungsbedürftig - da es nicht unser erster Urlaub in Canada war, wussten wir in etwa, was auf uns zukommt😄 wenn man keine Ansprüche hat, ist das Frühstück annehmbar👍
The gym was great! Also appreciated the guest laundry. The kitchenette in room was also useful.
Our room was not serviced one of the days and we specifically notified reception before going out. When we returned it was still not serviced. This was frustrating. Shower did not have a shower curtain when we arrived.

très mauvaise expérience, Nous avions mis le prix pour avoir un belles hôtel avec de belles prestations pour mes 50ans et il a fallu tout les jours faire des réclamations ménage pas fait, poubelles pas vidées porte d'entrée qui se fermait pas toute seule, serviettes pas changées , oublié' de nos commandes au restaurant, c'était vraiment pas possible a croire qu on Nous zappait a la fin on nous a f'offerr le parking pour s'excuser mais ça n'enlève en rien toute la négligence et désagrément
