Wouldn't come back,

Strict check in times and late breakfast times, felt like an inconvenience being there, breakfast was from 10.30am until 11.30 but non guests could eat food from 09.00. Sausage butty bread was stale and didn't taste fresh. Orange and apple juice tasted cheap and watered down and couldn't get a coffee as well only 1 drink allowed. Curtain pole fell down in our room on our 1st night we told staff when leaving but no apology was given, was quickly ignored, feels like hotel is run for convenience of staff not paying guests. Atmosphere felt off and unwelcoming. Dirty tissue under bed, dog hair and lots of dust. One of the mugs in room dirty and one of the towels had dark stains on it. We would have mentioned to staff but when there are so many issues and we already felt uncomfortable with how we were met we didn't want to raise this, however felt the curtain pole was important to mention as this is just a safety concern however obviously no apology and just felt awkward and like an annoyance to them.

We paid b and b but you had to wait till 1030 for your breakfast even though they serve breakfast from 9. If we were to go again I would pay for just the room and pay for breakfast separately.

Fantastic
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Rooms are spotless and the place itself is just a lovely little spot! Can’t say I have any complaints, I would highly recommend

The lady owner was so nice and caring, she's a rite laugh aswell, iv been to Scarborough loads of times and this is the best by far, really wouldn't recommend anywhere else

Absolutely lovely hotel staff
Pros:

We have 2 small dogs and the room was fantastic for us brilliant view of the hourbour quiet at night has a private door to get in and out which is good when you have dogs

Highly recommend for the sea view room and the staff. Great breakfast options.
Pros:

Great location and staff who were very helpful, pleasant and kind. Fantastic room with heating on. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Bedding and mattress weren’t great. Still comfortable though.

Would not recommend and will not be returning

Situated on the sea front

Cons:

Check in is for 1hr between 3-4pm only
No hair dryer is provided in the room and when asked if there was one to borrow was informed that it did say this on the website!
Breakfast is at 10.30 till 11.30 but you will wait 40 minutes and be served at the same time as those popping in from the sea front
We didn't take breakfast the 2nd morning as check out is 10am.
Breakfast when it did come was cold except for the hash brown but being hungry from tea the day before my husband ate his cold then finished what he was anle to of mine.
Seemed like the place was being manned by teenagers playing on their phones and no attentivness to the customers.
For just short of £200 for 2 nights was not worth value for money and couldn't get a drink or bite to eat after 4pm as the place closed for the night.
Oh and what hotel does not provide a biscuit with tea and coffee in the bedroom? That will be this one.

Phenomenal
Pros:

The location could not be any better, the facilities, the hotel staff and cleanliness are excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Scarborough.

The rooms are very spacious and well equipped, could not fault the breakfast, it also had other options on the menu.

We viewed the suite and we are going to stay in this next time we come as it looked amazing.
