Good stay
Pros:

The room was nice, and the mini kitchen was awasome, the front desk clerk was not nice and I heard her being very rude to another guest.

Cons:

The front desk clerk, she checked me in on may first, and I arrived a little early and she wasn’t accomadating at all.

Horrible, do not stay here
Pros:

Nothing. Room was dirty and had bugs everywhere. It was so bad I tried to check out early and they refused to refund my early check out. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!

Cons:

Everything. The room was small and cramped. There were bugs in the room. And the manager was rude and would not let me checkout early. Says they don’t do refunds. Bad place to stay even for the cheap price.

Nice place overall
Pros:

The location is great for my needs and not far from downtown and shopping, etc. The design of the building is very beautiful; feels like a townhome community. The cost is relatively inexpensive compared to other places. The staff are nice, overall.

Cons:

It would be nice to have been provided with pots and pans to cook with - as I'm in a Premium Suite. It would also be nice to have weekly toilet paper and paper towels provided by the hotel as well. Daily breakfast (even muffins, breakfast bars, and coffee) would be great. Just some ideas... :-)
