Great food located near by location was great. Breakfast I recommend over easy and dinner go to filthy animal or culinary dropout
The tram was right by our window and we stayed during a record breaking heat and the ac was on a occupancy sensor luckily it cooled quickly
Great location and within walking distance to many local eateries. The hustle of the kitchen staff was such a refreshing site to see. Very clean and well stocked breakfast options.
After a day or two, our shower didn't drain well. It cleared up for one shower and then it stopped/slowed again. We reported it to hotel management on our check out.
There was a family with five children that took over the small pool and it wasn't as relaxing as we had hoped. Luckily our stay at the hotel wasn't the only reason we were in town.
Hotel was very nice. Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast.
I booked the one bedroom suite and was told they were sold out upon arrival. I was downgraded to a studio suite. I only booked this hotel for the one bedroom because I was traveling with a baby. I asked the staff how this happened and they said it just does. I had another friend arrive after 10 pm who booked the same room type and she was given the one bedroom suite they “didn’t have” 3 hours prior. I asked to be credited the difference in room type and they told me they couldn’t because I used booking.com and offered me $30 to the mini bar. The price difference between the rooms was over $80 per night. I ended up being able to move rooms for my second night, but my food and drinks that I had in my first room kitchen were all thrown away. This was not an enjoyable experience and I recommend canceling your reservation and going elsewhere if they’re sold out.

Girl at the reception was super nice, and in general staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was poor, and not a good value for money. Some days they didn't have even yoghurt, they said they ran out. Overall, its a good hotel, but overly expensive for what it offers.
