Spacious rooms, comfortable bed but poor breakfast. Overly expensive for what it offers.
Pros:

Girl at the reception was super nice, and in general staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was poor, and not a good value for money. Some days they didn't have even yoghurt, they said they ran out. Overall, its a good hotel, but overly expensive for what it offers.

Cons:

The breakfast time was changed because it was New Year's Day. We had to leave before the included breakfast to catch our flight.
Both of the queen size beds had something hard running through the middle of them, not comfortable.
When I asked if the parking was included, the desk person said well let me see what I can do about it. Then he said oh, you booked online through booking.com and just disregarded trying to help me with cost of parking. Thought that was fairly rude. I will never stay here again.

Another wonderful stay at Hyatt House Tempe!
Pros:

Hyatt House Tempe is the perfect location for ASU families! We’ve stayed multiple times over the last few years including earlier this month. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great, staff is friendly and parking is super convenient! We appreciate the staff very much for making our stays here enjoyable, especially Gideon at the front desk!
