Good value for money, a bit hard to get luggage up the outside stairs but overall very good
Pros:

Central, clean, easy to access, comfortable beds

Cons:

The heating didn’t appear to work, the stairs are quite steep with inadequate hand rails so quite hard to get up to the door, bedside cabinet was wobbly and creaky.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, very clean room and perfect for a weekend away

Cons:

The bottom step to go up to the rooms was broken and very unsafe. Needed to be properly fixed instead of just lobing a piece of thin wood underneath

Pros:

The location was perfect. The room service was impeccable. The bed very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic.

Cons:

The room was very small. I am classed as disabled and found the outside wooden stairs to be very challenging, especially in the wet, where the stairs were slippery.

Pros:

The room was very convenient for the near local shops. It was also very quiet throughout the night. Very good and well done.

Cons:

The stairs that lead up to the property were a bit steep. The shower head kept falling down. The shower itself is on the wrong wall, as when you enter the shower through the shower screen, the shower is in the way. A little bit of mould building up around the window. Just a little bit of attention, and this place would be worth many stars.

Pros:

This is my second stay as I like it a lot. Very good value for money for a January stay.

Cons:

It was super comfortable but it was quite dusty and not as clean as last time we stayed. It wasn't so bad that we needed to change rooms or anything but it was noticeable.

Really nice stay, would recommend the place
Pros:

We liked staying here for our short visit of the Suffolk sea side. The property was spacious for the two of us, clean, very quiet. The bed was comfortable and good size. Kitchen was clean and well equipped for what we needed.

For this specific apartment we had on-site parking, which made this trip even more enjoyable. The two nearby restaurants that we have visited (Commodore pub and the carvery opposite) were really good and I highly recommend both.

The location of the apartment was excellent for our needs getting to and from the seaside villages.

Cons:

The driveway for the parking was tricky, but not because of the apartment or owner, but because of the neighbours wheelie bins blocking the path. I still appreciate the onsite parking, so this wasn’t a big problem for us.

Good shower just short on basics unfortunately as mentioned earlier.
Pros:

Clean and tidy.

However two tea bags and two milks. When we arrive a cup of tea, before retiring a cup of tea and tea in morning. So disappointed 😞. Also the heating went off overnight and the room became extremely cold.

Cons:

Location tho we had to park away from property being disabled wasn’t useful.
