Pros:

The property is ideally situated for easy access to the city center and local supermarkets both within a 15 min walk , check in was easy and facilities were good, the room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay

Cons:

The room has no cooling or fans and gets very uncomfortable the room we had gets the sun on the windows for most of the day, there was no secure place to leave our motorcycle the parking is underground below the apartment but is not secure it is open to the public, the only other option is to park on the street which is not ideal

Hotel sehr gut - aber die Lage ...
Pros:

Die Ausstattung war super , innerhalb des Hotels war alles gut schallgedämpft. Zuerst gab es Schwierigkeiten mit dem Einchecken, ich bekam aber - wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten - ein Upgrade. Ideal ist die Lage in Hauptbahnhofs-Nähe.

Cons:

Neben dem Hotel ist eine riesige (Straßen)Baustelle mit Abbrucharbeiten, die Anfahrt mit dem PKW gestaltete sich entsprechend schwierig, morgens um 7:00 Uhr wurde ich durch schwere Presslufthämmer auf Beton geweckt. Da wackelte die Wand! So gut kann man nicht schallisolieren. Aber vielleicht ist in einem Jahr das Straßenbauwerk fertig.

Die Lage in Citynähe ist gut.

Cons:

Das Apartment hat keine Klimaanlage.
Da man bei sommerlichen Temperaturen mit offenem Fenster schlafen musste hatte man das Gefühl auf der direkt neben der sehr stark befahrenen Straße mitten auf dieser liegt. Wir konnten kaum schlafen.
Wir würden nicht mehr dort übernachten!

Dass es eine kleine Küche im Zimmer war!

Kein Parkpkatz war zu finden!
Check in zu kompliziert und sehr schlecht erklärt!
Aktuell findet direkt an diese Unterkunft eine unglaubliche große und komplexe Straßenbau Stelle! Wir mussten über 40 min. In diese chaotischer Straßen Verhältnisse mit dem Auto hin und her fahren bis wir zufällig dieser Unterkunft gefunden den gaben!!!
Die Baumaßnahmen so sehr groß und das hätten die Anbieter uns mitteilen müssen!
Würden wir nie wieder dieser Unterkunft buchen!!!

Es war sehr schön und ich würde wieder kommen
Pros:

Einfacher Check in. Ständig erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es wäre schön ein paar mehr Infos in der Digitalen Gästemappe zu bekommen. Z.b. wann ist Check out, gibt es in der Unterkunft Getränkeautomaten oder Ähnliches, kann man das Wasser von der Leitung trinken, kann ich mir einen Ventilator ausleihen usw.
